APA Hotel Osaka-Higobashi-Ekimae - Osaka

When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was told that they could not find my reservation, so they looked around on their system etc. After 5 - 10 mins they informed me there was no reservation and it seemed the end of the line. I was far from happy with this as I had paid in FULL on hotels.com. The girl dealing with it was a trainee, so not really […] her fault, but there were what seemed to be managers around that were fully aware of the situation and not doing anything to help or apologise. In my opinion, they were verging on being rude. Eventually, i remembered the confirmation page would still be open on my laptop, so i turned it on and showed them. Within 3 mins everything was ok, but still no apology from any kind of manager. The rooms a small, but spotlessly clean with free internet. The bed was comfortable, the location is good, as was the price which all compensates for the awful service. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, just dont expect any service. Les mer

I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and the hotel was not bad. I was there for a conference for 4 days and did some touring for the other 4 days. Of course like all hotels in Japan, the room was really small, but it was clean. The room was cleaned everyday. No bugs/pest problems at all. They provided internet (lan), hair dryer, a small fridge, and a […] coffee/tea maker. If you need an iron, they will give you one (with a small board) at the front desk. One great convenience is that the Higobashi station is about 20 feet in front of the hotel exit (Yotsubashi line, exit 3 from subway). There is a Seattle's Best coffee shop right outside the hotel. The hotel is about 2-3 stops away from Umeda and Nanba, two big towns in Osaka. I think this hotel is mainly for business men because I was the only bum dressed in jeans and a t-shirt. The hotel staff is nice and they try to help you out; be patient with them because their English isn't that great (they are Japanese, you know). There is a 7-Eleven right across the street which gives a great currency conversion at the ATM (make sure to bring your debit card and let your bank know you will be using it overseas). There is also a post office about 10 mins. walking distance which also has an ATM. There are a lot of small places to eat nearby. You just have to go out, walk around, and check them out. There is a restaurant in the hotel on the 2nd and 30th floors. I never ate there because it was a little pricey. They also have coin laundry and a spa on the second floor. Overall this was a good hotel if you are going to spend a lot of time outside and come here to sleep and relax a little before going out again. Remember, subway is a nice way to travel in Osaka but it may be a little pricey. Also the check-in (3 pm) and check-out (11 am) times are heavily enforced. Make sure you don't get there too early. Make sure you save time for Kyoto because that is the "real" Japan that you don't want to miss. It is about 45 mins. train ride awa Les mer

We use this hotel as our company hotel on trips to Osaka due to the proximity tour office. I have stayed here over 100 days over the last 3 years. It is a good clean hotel. Fast efficient with a good breakfast Buffett and a nice Vietnamese / French restraint on the 30th floor. Be warned THE ROOMS ARE SMALL!! But they are well designed and the beds […] are pretty comfortable. If you are a business traveler with not a lot of luggage the. It works great.if your are two large bodied foreigners with 3 or 4 bags combined you will be cramped and then some. Get the double room ( which is still tiny ) if you are two people with luggage. The 2nd floor has a great giant stone bath and showers that sets this place apart from other hotels. There is also coin Laundry facilities in the same room as the bath. You will need to bring your own detergent or buy some at the 7/11 nearby. APA Higobashi is the newest one around town and it is cleaner and nice that the other APA's, which is why we stay there. It is the best quality for the price if you are on a budget. The rooms feature nice 22" flat screen tv's and a little desk with a LAN jack and cable for free high speed Internet. The seattles best coffee down on the first floor serves good coffee and also has free wifi. 4.5 stars if I could rate it as such. APA飯店肥後橋站前非常推薦大家前往居住! 價格合理, 服務親切, 雖然我不會講日文但用英文是可以溝通的, 每天都有房間清理, 這裡的飯店服務讓人處處感覺的到卻又不會讓人有壓力;此外一齣飯店就是地鐵肥後橋站, 交通十分方便!

二人で利用。ベッドは小さかったのですが、安かったので満足です。寝るだけで良いのなら、問題は無いです。静かだし、エアコンも問題ないし、冷蔵庫もあります。地下鉄肥後橋駅のすぐ近くというのも良いです。雨に濡れずにホテルまで行けます。近くにコンビニもあります。

セミダブルに宿泊しました。 部屋自身は寝るためだけでしたら、全く問題なく、黒を基調としたモダンな雰囲気で、快適な睡眠が送れます。枕も表と裏で硬さが異なるため、好みに合わせられます。 浴室は部屋内のものを利用するよりも、ゆったりとできる2Fの大浴場をお勧めします。 ただし、気になるのはエレベータで、 ➀朝はチェックアウトする人や外出する人で混雑しているため、部屋から降りるのに時間がかかること。 ②大浴場へ行く時間にチェックインする人や外出先から戻るヒトと遭遇するため、女性は浴衣姿で遭遇すること。 です。 また、ホテル出口から地下鉄改札までは1～2分、コンビニもホテルから2分以内に数件あるため便利ですし、大阪名物のもの（串かつ、お好み焼き、イカ焼き、たこ焼きなど）を食べる場所や、観光地（通天閣、 […] 道頓堀戎橋、ユニバーサルスタジオ）へも中間地点に位置するホテルのため好立地な場所です。 Les mer
