Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt, gang avstand til det meste i sentrum. Service er som på de fleste hoteller på dette prisnivå i Asia, bra. Ting på rommet er ikke så gamle men hadde tydelig slitasje. Har nok bruk billig materielle. Men du har alt det du trenger på rommet. Føner, strykejern og brett, safe, 32 ” tv, dvd spiller med surround sound, air […] condition, kjøkken og stor kjøleskap. Hotellet har også 2 stk svømmebasseng. En i 3. og en sky pool i 31. etg. Glem frokosten på hotellet, det er noe av det kjedeligste jeg har sett. our 2 bed apartment looked reasonably clean. But during our stay, my 2 children who were sleeping in same bed, started having this itch & rash, which we thought could have been bed bugs cuz kids have no allergies, no other skin issues( I am a doctor myself). Rash started to get better once we moved from the hotel after our stay.Other possibility could […] be birds fleas as we went to the bird park once while our stay in KL(but me & my husband did not have any rash despite close contact with birds). Therefore its difficult to say what exactly it was. Location was good( near shopping centres) but Surroundings are not ideal for a family with kids(night club next door, & half naked girls roaming around for buisiness on the road at night. Les mer

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days and the hotel was nice. Our room was comfortable and the location was great. I would definately recommend this hotel and if I am ever in KL again I would strongly consider staying there again. My only complaints are that when we checked into our room there was a cigaratte butt in the ashtray which remained there […] for 2 days until I threw it out. The housekeeping needs a little improvement. My other issue was that the shuttle to the airport was pretty expensive compared to the taxi we took from the airport. Plus, the hotel shuttle dropped my wife off at the wrong airport so she had to take a taxi to the correct one. We had left KL on different flights. Just a tip...this hotel is not well known and there is also another ParkRoyal Hotel nearby so taxis got them confused. Overall though it was a nice hotel. Les mer

Very nice rooms with all the comforts, even DVD and stereos. Good location near restaurants (less than 200 m). Better than 5* hotels!

Stayed 3 nights. Good and comfortable location for Bukit Bintang area. Friendly staff throughout the stay including security personnel. Only got 2 main issues: 1. Astro TV signal intermittent. I spent 2 nights at the Park Royal Serviced Apartments , December 26 & December 31. On both occasions we had to wait over 1 hour for the room to be made ready. Travelling with 3 children after a long drive this was very frustrating. The checkout time is stated as midday and I don't understand why the apartments are not ready 2 hours after this checkout […] time. The second visit was even more frustrating. After waiting more than 1 hour for the apartment to be ready we were then told there was a problem with the aircon and the bath in our designated apartment on floor 22... and we were then only given the option of an apartment on a much lower floor, inspite of having paid for a superior suite.This apartment had clearly been prepared in a hurry because there was a lot dust behind the beds and furniture. I requested 2 foam pillows because I have an allergy to feathers and was told that house -keeping had none available and they then suggested I sleep on a blanket....! I went down to reception and suggested they purchase foam pillows from a nearby department store. About 2 hours later they eventually delivered the foam pillows. Later in the evening we were suprised to see quite a large cockroach in the bathroom. It took room service nearly 20 minutes to arrive with a pesticide spray. Aside from these issues the apartments are spacious but would only reccomend the higher floors 17+ as the apartment on the lower floors seems more tired and worn. Les mer

Great location. Close to Raja Chulan Monorail station and to restaurants along Changkat Bukit Bintang. Pavilion shopping centre about a 10 minute walk away. If you want cheap local food, there are many stalls across the street. So, you can have either pasta in a restaurant at RM35 or mee hoon goreng at a stall for RM3.50 all in the same area. 1. Good location being within 5 to 10 minutes walk of Pavilion, Lot 10, Sungei Wang, Times Square and Jalan Alor food hawkers. KLCC is slightly further, approximately 15 mins walk. 2. Internet Access and Wifi is a breeze to use within the room though it can be relatively slow at times. 5. Swimming Pools on 1st and the roof top does not allow kids below 12 years old to swim due to safety reasons. The pools can be deep at some stretches coupled with the fact that there is no safety life guards. 6.The hotel serves continental breakfast only, not a full spread that you see in 5-star hotels. I spent 5 days at the Parkroyal and I was very pleased with it. The rooms are brand new and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The pool on the rooftop is perfect if you want to relax a bit and don't go out. The location is very convenient you have within walking distance a wide variety of shopping malls, restaurants and some good nightlife spots. Nice hotel, pretty new rooms. Staff was courteous and efficient with check in and check out, Main issue with the room was the sound of the toilet flushing, which was very loud. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Would recommend location and hotel!

enjoyed the stay entirely! Will defintely recommend my friends to stay here the next time!

새로 지어진 호텔답게 모든면에서 청결하고 실내 공간활용이 정말 좋습니다. 주방시설까지 갖춰져 있어서 간단한 음식도 가능해요. 극심한 도심지 안쪽에 위치하지 않아 조용하고 차량이동의 정체는 없었습니다. 주위 3분거리에 수 많은 펍이 있어서 즐겁게 즐길 수 있고 옥상의 풀은 최고의 휴식처가 되었습니다. 왼쪽엔 KL타워가 보이고 정면엔 KLCC가 보이고 전망도 무척 좋아서 지루할 틈이 없었어요.. 아침 조식은 빵과 커피, 음료, 계란, 과일이고 간단히 먹는 저같은 경우엔 굉장히 만족했습니다. 모든게 완벽했던 호텔... 굉장히 추천합니다.. 아.!! 사진보다의 실제가 훨씬 좋습니다..!!!

クアラルンプール中心街ブキ・ビンタンに徒歩で行ける長期滞在型のホテルでした。設備が十分なジムと清潔なプール（1Fと31F）が2か所あり、毎日利用できました。31Fにあるプールからの市内の眺め（特に夜景）が、素晴らしかったです。ホテル従業員の親切な対応も印象に残りました。

오픈한지가 얼마 안 되서 매우 깨끗하고 룸도 큽니다. 중심에있어 걸어다니기에 편합니다. 모노네일도 가까이에 있구요~ 너무 너무~~~ 친절합니다. 다만 조식은 기대하지 마시길 바랍니다!!! 정말 이건 너무 깹니다...ㅠㅡㅠ 가격대비 방 크기, 위치는 그럭저럭 괜찮으나 조식은 정말 아닙니다. 여튼 편안히 쉬다 갑니다.
