Bodde her kun en natt og hadde ingen måltider på hotellet. Rommet var helt greit for en overnatting, men ikke spesielt pent eller sjarmerende. Det beste med hotellet er beliggenheten, kun 50 meter fra byens "hovedgate" og gamlebyen, som har mange hyggelige spisesteder. Bestilte rom med terrasse. the room was on 2 floors with a mezanine. In principle it could be nice but it's not very practical. The internal stair was steep

Good but room had no place for clothes other than closet. There were no chest of drawers to put shirts, socks, etc. The rooom was extremely small and hardly enough room to get around the bed. The old fashioned key which one had to turn into the front desk was inconvenient. Confusion over dates of reservation for addition day. Dining room was OK.

If you go there from Aix TGV, it will take you quite a while by bus and another walking for 15 min. I had to take a heavy carrier.. so i dont want to recommend this hotel if you need to take TGV. Room condition was ok but staff was not helpful.

The hotel was in a great location, the breakfast buffet was good and worth the 12eu. The pillows were awful, so uncomfortable, the housekeeping staff were nice and tried to get us better ones, but to no avail. Central location, excellent for tourists. Air conditioning didn't work, we just opened the window.Good restaurant on site, bit expensive, but discount for hotel guest, lots of alternatives very close by. Very typical Euro hotel, only one complaint is an afterhours dance club next door, woke me at 4 a.m. with pounding beat, it was our last nite of 5, […] if I was staying longer I would have asked to change rooms. Our stay and experience at the Hotel Saint Christophe was great! The hotel is in the perfect location-right in the middle of the town. We were within walking distance to more attractions than we had time to see. Our visit to Aix en Provence was the favorite part of our European vacation that included stays in Monte Carlo, Florence and Venice. My only constructive recommendation would be that the hotel improves the comfort of their beds and bedding, and this is a minor gripe. Close to tourist bureau, bus and local train and old town, the hotel was convenient to everything. Room was small, particularly with extra bed, but adequate for short stay. Staff very helpful and hotel bistro and cafe a good standard.

We booked at the low Internet rate and the room was somewhat small but comfy enough and the bathroom upgraded. Had 2 meals in the restaurant and it was decent. The front dek staff were efficient and nice. Exceptionally convenient and an easy walk to the bus or train station. Excellent in its price range, a minute from Cours Mirabeau. Recommend.

The hotel was great. It couldn't have been more central - right in the heart of Aix en Provence and within easy reach of everything. Our room was small but clean and comfortable with charming decor in the art deco style. This hotel is ideally situated for exploring Aix-en-Provence, close to the main avenue, the Cours Mirabeau. It is within easy walking distance of the bus station, served by the Marseille Airport bus and buses to nearby towns such as Avignon. Excellent location. Can walk to everything. Wonderful restaurants everywhere. The staff was extra helpful & courteous with very nice personalities. I was on business and they were very helpful with some business matters. My only problem was a water leak in my room on the last night. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here after a journey down from the UK on the TGV and before picking up a car hire the next day: liked the hotel - unpretentious, friendly and reasonably priced. It was only 5 minutes walk from the drop off for the shuttle from the TGV station which is a few miles outside Aix. The first greeting set the scene - what great staff, especially Christophe. Rooms are cosy and the decor straight from the twenties. The restaurant downstairs has wonderful food and the location couldn't be better. You can be proud of yourself!

Our accomodation was excellent and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is the best location for walking to all the sights and close to the helpful Tourist Information Center. If you are arriving in Aix en Provence by train, look for the shuttle bus that takes you a couple blocks from the hotel - costs under 10 euros each. […] When we arrived in Aix we were tired and grabbed a cab which cost 35 euros! The staff were all wonderful - very welcoming and helpful. Great location in the center of the city. The room was compact but clean, well air-conditioned and very quiet. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Well presented entrance halls and room, good staff with good English. Sadly the loo flush had problems, and the en-suite was just a foot or two too small.

Stylish hotel with an Excellent, helpful reception. Huge bed and a multijet shower. Only dissapointment was the restaurant. Decent food but dirty glasses. Not just one. Every glass on every table. Awkward head waiter who was too relaxed and acted as if he was better that us. I recommend going out to find a nice restaurant. Breakfast was ok. The value proposition here is great. This is a modest, comfortable hotel (very good beds) in a terrific location. Staff is helpful, it has a lively brasserie, and there isn't a better location in Aix. Rooms are small, but I'm not in Aix to hang out in my room.

I booked in January for a stay in July (special rates during Expedia sale). I paid for a single room with a shower, but was delighted to be allocated a small double room with a bath. Furthermore, the room had a small balcony with a table and chairs - perfect! I dined at Brasserie Leopold on both Sunday and Monday evenings, when many local restaurants […] are shut. Great location and lovely brasserie. My room wasn't great, but I know some are very good. I suggest you ask to see your room when you check in. The rooms would benefit from more plugs, clothes storage space and ideally a fridge. Free wifi is good.

This hotel is what it says it is. It is a nice little hotel - clean and comfortable, but small. We spent one night there essentially on our way to the rest of Provence. The hallways are narrow with lots of steps, in case you have luggage. The restaurant is pleasant - nothing to rave about, but again, comfortable and accommodating of children. Hotel was comfortable, bed was good, dinner was great. Had the slowest internet I have encountered since dial-up and only available for one logon so that was a big disadvantage to us who are travelling in a different hemisphere and need to keep in touch with family by email. Will not return for that reason only. All else was good.

You couldn't ask for a better location just off the Cours Mirabeau. The hotel is very clean and well-kept. It's a terrific value. I'd gladly stay there again and have no hesitation to recommend it.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, a bit shabby on the edges. Definitely clean, though! I would definitely go back. A restaurant is attached to the hotel, and a big bowl of fruit is available as you enter the hotel. Big plus with my daughter!

The great advantage of the hotel is its wonderfully central position, close to the beautiful Cours Mirabeau, shops and restaurants and the bus station at which coaches from the TGV station and Marseille airport arrive.The rooms are quiet, fairly comfortable but not luxurious and dinner is reasonably priced.
