Hotellperosnalet var svært hyggelige og behjelpelige. Rommet var ideelt hvis man skal være der over flere dager siden det var en liten kjøkkenkrok. Balkong med utsikt til gaten. Beliggenheten er helt perfekt hvis man vil bo midt i storbyen, og det er ca 15 min å gå til stranden. Rent og pent rom med service hver dag.

Rommet var svært mye dårligere enn det som ble vist på hjemmesiden, vi fikk ikke rom på leilieghetshotellet, men på et dårlig rom nedi gaten. Pass på dette når dere bestiller.

Leiligheten ligger svært sentralt til, rett ut i gamlebyens smug og gater. Like ved katedralen, ca 15 minutter fra standa og La Rambla. Leiligheten er litt vanskelig å finne.Vi møtte tilfeldgvis en cafeeier i nabolaget som viste oss vegen til en resepsjon. Den hadde vi ikke sett på egen hånd. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Leiligheten er liten, men funksjonell […] - og dekker behovene vi hadde. Ekstrasenga var ekstremt dårlig, og passet best for ett lite barn. Bildene lyver litt, og verandaen var ingen veranda, men en bitteliten lufteveranda. Vask hver dag, håndkleskift annenhver. Morsom finesse med privat heis med utgang rett inn i leiligheten. Les mer

Sentralt rom. Gangavstand til det meste. Typisk 3-stjerners. Rengjøring hver dag, rene håndklær annenhver dag. Det eneste ankepunktet er harde senger, men der er de ikke de eneste.

Very nice place to live, metro right by, and charming born distric around. The service was also very good. The only tip i have, is to find your own taxi, don't order taxi at the office/reseption,that was VERY expensive... :) I will go to this place next time too :)

Veldig bra beliggenhet, rett ved metro. Kontor/resepsjon like ved der en kan få hjelp til det meste. Rent og pent og anbefales absolutt!! Kunne hatt noen hyller på rommet, så man fikk lagt fra seg klær, etc.

the rooms are nothing like what is shown here. it is difficult to locate and requires carrying your luggage through town to get to accommodations. very disorganised, i will stay ever again at their property

The little apartment we were in was fine, the staff very friendly and helpful, but for the price the room could have been better. Great shower, kitchen was a toaster and a microwave - i had expected more than this but it did us fine. Good location, but really anywhere around the old city or close to Plaza Catalunya is likely to be a good location. All […] up it was fine for our first few nights in Spain, but on being here longer have discovered there is so much better value for money. For the amount they charge per night the room given was small, the kitchen appliances were poor and the door into the room narrowly misses the bed. We were luckily on the first floor, the stair case is a death trap, if you have a big case or want to drink at night, I wouldnt recommend staying here. No doubt it is a beautiful city. The narrow staircase made it unpleasant to go to the room as often. The room is way to expensive for the condition. No toilet treats were offered and coming into the room twice in a week was a bit to much, not to stay in the hotel again.

The apartment is located in the gothic neighborhood, so is close to everything, it was better than expected. It has everything you need and it looks brand new, really clean.

The apartments-in-Barcelona are a great way to spend a few days in this magical city. The location is superb. You cannot go wrong: away from the noise of Las Rambles, yet very near the best spots of Barcelona. We saw 3 different apartments. One was at the very top, the loft. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. The location of the hotel/apartment was excellent, it allowed us to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to visit and it was right next to the metro. The staff were all very helpful.

Even in late November, the neighborhood can be quite noisy. If you're catching an early morning train to Poblet that can be a problem; on other days you can roll with it. You are in central Barcelona after all!

We got given quite a big apartment which was lovely and clean. The room was very modern and the building old but pretty. The staff, Raj and Chanda, were friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a great location so we were close enough to everything going on but just off a side street so found some great pubs off the beaten track, the previous reviews […] we read said it was noisy at the apartments but even with the festival on we didn't hear any outside noise. The room was big enough for 3 people, but the noise is pretty bad at night. It almost seemed as if the windows had not insulation (you could hear everything that was going outdoors crystal clear). Great central location, room was cleaned every day and staff were friendly. Only issues were that the TV in the room didn't work and our room didn't have a balcony which we understood it would do from the description.

staff were lovely and friendly and WOW the apartment is in a good location: less than a minutes walk to a metro station and five minutes walk to la ramblas. plus it has a balcony where you can eat all your meals and look down at the street and watch the daily drama of human lives unfold. for example: we saw one painter/decorator driving up this tiny […] tiny street and trying to park on it and it was obviously a struggle and this old guy was watching him and looking disapproving. and then two guys carrying a fridge had to get past him so the painter/decorator had to repark his car in the tiny tiny street and then he (the painter/decorator) had to climb out of the car in a really awkward, hilarious to watch way. also the shower was PHENOM. We stayed in Juame 1. The apartment was clean, fresh sheets and towels supplied every day. The service was excellent even though we arrived at 11pm. The amenities in the apartment were good - refrigerator, air con, hair-dryer etc. The apartment was ideally located in the gothic quarter within walking distance to the beach and port area and the La Rambla […] area. Loved this place... amazing location in the Gothic Quarter, you can walk everywhere. The stairs are small and steep, so getting your luggage to the room sucks, but the room is very clean, has AC, and the bathroom is rather large for Spain. Close to Metro station of Jaume I, next to Cathedral. You can hear the bell of the church, walking distance to port and marina. Convenient location near by restaurants, cafes, shops. We stayed 4 nights at top floor with two bed rooms. One nice feature, we had direct access to our personal elevator from our room. I liked it very much. Property is well-located in the Barri Gotic. Service was slow, but the people were helpful. I'd stay there again just for the location. Bring ear plugs --- it's noisy at night.

Now I understand why they call them the Apartments. Each one is very different and spread out over Barcelona. The Gothic-Jaume I apartment/room we stayed in was very difficult to get to. It was in a dark alley with a very tight spiral staircase up to the 3rd floor. There wasn't any soap or shampoo in the bathroom. I've had cleaner places for a lot cheaper. […] Wasn't worth the money. The hotel (apartment actually) is very well situated. It was clean and relatively modern, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. There really is no lobby per se. Around the corner from the door to the apartment there is a very small office that handles registrations and checkouts. You can leave your luggage there but it is very cramped. Fantastic location! You can walk to everything Picasso museum, Dali studio museum, cathedral of Barcelona, la rambla, el born ( our favorite). Also on the list is casa mila and all things gaudi. We were very disappointed with this hotel. There were three of us staying in what we thought was going to be a one bedroom suite. Upon arrival we were surprised to be sharing one room with a cot for the third guest with us. The cot was extremely uncomfortable, and broke on the first night. We really enjoyed staying here. The location was great, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only drawback was parking, since we had a car with us. Parking garage was expensive, but overall was worth it.

The price is right for a room here...it is in a good location close to the Metro and within walking distance of most of Barcelona's historical sites, markets and the sea. The room itself is comfortable and functional but not luxurious. We were able to prepare basic meals in the kitchenette, saving a few dollars. The Juan was conveniently situated near shops and only 5 minutes walk from the main strip, the complimentary internet was a added bonus. Our room was recently refurbished to a high standard and had everything you would need a little bit to small for 3 adults but very tidy.

The locatio of the apartment is great. But they have terrible customer service. Two of my chargers exlploded while I was trying to charge my Iphone, and they refused to refund one of my charger. They said it was my fault, but I did not have any problems with my charger in Spain and one of the charger was the real apple charger. Be really careful with […] your electronics in this apartment. I stayed two nights in Apartments in Barcelona Gothic- Jaume I with my sister and wished we could have stayed longer! The apartment's location is GREAT, very safe and close to everything. The staff were also great and very informative. We loved the room, perfect size for us two complete with everything one would need (everything for cooking in a small […] kitchen), very nice bathroom, plus had a great little balcony!!! My wife and I (both in our late 40's) stayed here for 4 nights. While it is true that the aparment does not have a lift, the staff did carry our bags up to the apartment. We rather liked the character that the stairway had. The location is outstanding, in the center of the Gothic quarter and with the tube just a couple of blocks away. We arrived in Barcelona at 7:00 am. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk and enjoy begin our vacation. The hotel is central close to subways to Cathedral, Ramblas and a few subway stops from La Familia Sagrada. The staff was very friendly and attive to our needs.
