Swiss Inn Mohandeseen - Giza - Pyramidene

As lovely as the staff were, us three visitors were disappointed in the hotel. we missed having a jug with coffee facilities (we had to ask room service for cups and hot water - after 7am only...we brought own coffee, tea, milk, sugar). Are shampoos, hair dryers not things to expect in a 3-star hotel? The carpet in the room really needs a wash or replacement. Sorry […] about this negative side but if these shortcomings could be addressed the hotel would be highly sought after. The linen and beds were immaculate, bathroom very tidy and pleasant to the eye, room service great. The front desk was taken care of by an exceptionally wonderful helpful and friendly manager Marco who organised daily tours for us and suggested places to visit. He personally brought my laptop to the airport which I forgot...hats off to him! We will definitely stay there again if we were to visit Egypt again and I do recommend this hotel to everybody. good location, with local cafes and dinners. About 10 min taxi drive into centre of Cairo. Good value for money hotel, with A/c and Wifi in room. Flat screen, new TV. On down side- poor breakfast service and assortment, no toast/bread, poor coffee, like they dont know how to make, had to ask for spoons every day. Il personale è disponibilissimo, il servizio gradevole. Le stanze sono accoglienti ma una bella rinfrescata non guasterebbe. Alla fine l'apparenza è il biglietto da visita. Ritornerò sicuramente. L'unica cosa che mi ha dato un po fastidio è la persona che mi ha rilevato all'aereo porto e mi ha riaccompagnato, infatti ritengo sia stato poco professionale […] e quasi elemosinava la mancia.
