No one came to clean my room the whole time I was there. I was there for almost 2 weeks. Not happy with the front desk staff had nothing but problems with them well never stay there again. Size of rooms might be great but customer service is Bad they need better training.

A great place to stay! I will be back!

very nice hotel, appreciate the security after hours. Good location if you have a car with you, otherwise, not good. Need to have a courtesy car.

The hotel is very nice. It need a shuttle because it is about 15 walk from food and shopping. Not all local place will deliver there also Pizza places yes.

This is a new facility and it is very clean. It is a bit out of the way so it is best to have a car.

Great price.very clean will stay there when in Juneau.

Overall, my experience was great. The only thing I can say that was different was the door to the bathroom, a slider, didn't give much privacy and there was no fan in the bathroom to help with the steam from the shower. However, everything else was Nice. Also, they do not do daily housekeeping, rather only do it 1 time per week. This is good and bad... […] You can take your linens/towels to the front desk with the laundry basket provided and exchange for clean towels, etc if needed. I will stay @ Aspen Suites again! :) Les mer

the only downfall to this hotel is that it does not offer shuttle service. A must for someone who is coming into town and not renting a vehicle.

Never have I experienced such rudeness and uncaring attitude from the staff of a hotel. I will never book this hotel again. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very nice place. Kitchen included. Good location. Close to airport. Refrigerator was very noisy though. I finally had to unplug it so I could sleep.

Brand new hotel- Room not cleaned prior to new guests. Found trash and previous guest Rx pills laying on floor. No comment from servcie desk.

very nice hotel, very limited services as promised. Only drawback was transportation if not driving yourself. very isolated and taxi dependant. Hotel rooms very nice.

We booked this room because it had a kitchenette. The hotel is brand new and shows well. On arrival the front desk staff, who seem to do all of the work in the hotel on there own, explained to me that this hotel was different in that there was no maid service, etc....and was suited best for long term business clients. This didn't really bother me because […] I like my privacy anyhow. What did bother me what that when I entered the room there was grease stains all over the bedspread and what looked like a cheddar cheese dropping on there too. The cheese had gone through the bedspread onto the duvet sheet, which indicated to me that the sheets had not been fully changed between guests....gross! I called to the front desk and the front desk clerk arrived to change them out. I had realized at the time that the disposal box spring cover also looked like someone had puked on it or I would have had him change that too. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time and overall the hotel was nice, but do not expect service like in a regular hotel and do not be surprised when you hear planes take off since it's next to the airport. The hotel is close to the airport, but some distance from the city. As there is no restaurant it is almost essential to have transport of your own. They made a mistake with my reservation, said I had booked for different dates until I proved I was right. Couldn't check out when I left as the receptionist was locked out of the office and I had to leave […] to catch a flight. Still haven't received my final account. Building and rooms are very good but the operation seems a little amateur. Les mer

Hotel was brand new. Kitchen was a definite plus making it easy to save time and money in the morning. No maid service, which was fine. Would come again.

This hotel had just opened up on June 1. Our reservation was for June 3. Its a very nice hotel. Nice spacious rooms. The only downfall is the hotel doesn't have a shuttle service from the airport. Some flights come in later in the evening. A shuttle service would be wonderful. They do have a security guard on duty during the late evening to early morning […] shift. I find this a comforting bonus in case there are difficult or rude people around during those times. A++ Les mer

Very nice would stay here again.Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Only had minor problems, one was with the business office printer. Curtains blow up away from the window when heater is on. Lights at the bedside are not shaded enough.Brand new hotel though.

Отель хороший, комната была просто отличной при ее стоимости (отель тогда только недавно открыли - скидки). одноместный номер с огромной кроватью, плазмой, кофемашиной и всеми удобствами очень порадовал. один минус: расположение хорошее, недалеко от аэропорта, но по прилагаемой карте мне и еще двум туда же направлявшимся товарищам найти не удалось - […] неправильно указано место. в итоге пришлось туда звонить..хорошо юы был шаттл или подробная карта-описание. персонал хороший. отдохнула отлично. спасибо, Аспен.
