Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They were always available with directions and maps. The restaurant served a nice breakfast and the wait staff was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location in Central part of the city off the main drag. Lobby reminded us of a disco, but beautiful indoor patio, airy cafe and comfortable spacious suite made up for it. Very helpful staff.

Quite small hotel in old city part of BA. Very good staff, free WIFI without problems, nice breakfast included with some interesting items, neighbourhood is old and sometimes a bit dirty, but I could walk there without problems at night.

Some of the best service I have ever received at a hotel anywhere. An employee named Santiago anticipated our needs and was extraordinarily helpful. The rest of the staff was excellent as well.

We were there for six days and enjoy the hotel a lot. It was great to seat outside on the modern deck and where the Jacuzzis are. The breakfast was great and the service outstanding. My only concern was the beth that was to hard.

This hotel was in a very convenient location, although the street it's on is not a particularly nice or picturesque one, particularly when compared to other neighborhoods such as the Recoleta. The desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was good, and the gym had decent machines with their own tvs. The room itself was very chic looking, […] with comfortable beds and decent space. The view from our room was very unexciting. The bathroom was small and felt crowded and a little more dated than the rest of the room. Plus, the bathroom door didn't shut completely. This is a very nice modern hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Our bed was too small for two people. The biggest problem is the dangerous feel of the location of the hotel. We did not feel safe the moment we left the hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hideaway, located in the heart of the musical instrument district of Buenos Aires, and discovered one of the best boutique hotels in which we've ever stayed. It's within walking distance to the middle of the city, and to some of the best restaurants and shopping. And the price is at least half of the larger chain operations. […] The personnel were superb, including Gustavo who made sure we were made comfortable at all times. Actually, every staff member was quite friendly, all spoke English, and each made us feel very welcome. The buffet breakfast is a knockout! So much food and such excellent quality in a modern setting. The decor is simply 5-star throughout the hotel, including the rooms and every public area. Free internet in a quiet and beautiful setting off the lobby was wonderful. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an eat-in area in a mini-kitchen, a beautifully appointed bathroom, flat-screen TV, and ultimate cleanliness added even more character to this real find. Yes, I highly recommend this gem to anyone staying in Buenos Aires. Although we were also in Ushuaia later in our trip where there's another Lennox property, we did not stay at that location because by that time we were on a cruise and stayed aboard ship. But based on our experience in the BA Lennox, I would have stayed there as well. Les mer

We have stayed 3 times at this hotel within out 3 weeks of travelling in South America. The street the hotel is located on does not offer great feel of the city and is rather shady in appearance, but safe nonetheless. There is plenty of taxis outside the hotel and the subway is within minutes walk. The hotel is located in the centre of BA - short walk […] to major city sights like the congreso, plaza de mayo or the obelisco. There is lots of cafes, resaurants banks and stores in the neighbourhood. The hotel itself was clean and modern with free internet access (wi-fi throughout the hotel or computers in the lobby area), and breakfast. The staff (most of it english speaking) was very helpfull with suggesting stuff, providing directions or arranging tours. Were able to store out bags in between stays at the hotel while travelled to outher parts of the country. The rooms were little bit small but equipped with A/C, fridge flat screen TV and microwave oven. Hot tubs, sauna and sun deck were located on the roof top patio. The food in the hotel restaurant was good and offered with a great service. Would stay there again if back in Buenos Aires. Les mer

New, luxury hotel near the center of Buenos Aires. Very modern hotel. (Similar to the W Hotels chain.) Large rooms and very fashionable furniture. Great interior design. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely come back.

great location for visitors even though the neighbourhood is a bit dowdy. Front desk staff very knowledgeable and helpful, rooms excellent but without a great view. Would recommend to anyone, 6 stars!

Small hotel in central zone. Friendly staff. Breakfast was basic, coffee, bread, fruit,,,,Very clean hotel. Easy to get Taxi from front of hotel. I'd stay again. room size was small however updated decor, modern.

This is a great, new boutique hotel (a little over a year old) that caters to the slightly more expensive crowd of Latin/South Americans, but should fit just about anyone's budget. You're walking distance from Puerto Madero, Recoleta, and San Telmo. The hotel is very clean and there are lots of ammentities (including a small 24hr fitness center), but […] if you plan on getting extra rowdy here, be prepared to receive your fair share of noise complaints. Then again, there was never a threat to have us removed, so have at it! One complaint are the "bath" mats they've placed in the bathroom. They're not actually made to get wet and say so on the mat! Unfortunately, it took us a couple of days to realize this and during that time, our bathroom smelled worse and worse. If you're staying here, leave the "bath" mat outside and throw down a towel instead. Les mer

We stayed here for 4 nights over the New Year 2012 period and the hotel was just perfect. We could walk to the Puerto Madero for the fireworks and also to Tango Porteno (saving us the 60 pesos quoted for the transfer). The J Newbery airport is only 20 min away and the hotel is close to Av Corrientes, Lavalle and Av Santa Fe. San Telmo was a 10 min taxi […] ride away, as was Recoletta. The hotel concierge staff were world class and very helpful, especially Luis. Les mer

Really nice hotel, the staff are very friendly and our suite was great I can't fault this place and would return in a heartbeat.

The staff were great, hotel was very clean and tidy with good amenities. Would recommend to anyone, the only downside is the location although it is relatively close to the city centre, is in a bit of a dodgy area.

We had the most wonderful experience at Lennox hotel in BA. The rooms are very clean, spacious and very well designed. Very comfortable bed with luxurious sheets. The staff... This is is totally separate story. We had never met more professional and friendly hotel staff... ever! On a course of 6 nights we probably met every member of the staff - all […] of them speak good English, very attentive and eager to help you with any questions regarding your stay, reservations for the shows, advise to where to go, what to see, etc. If we come back to visit Buenos Aires we would definitely consider staying in this hotel again! Very nice and clean hotel in the middle of the city. Close to everything, I would definitely stay there again, better then the HIlton which I also stayed in....smaller, cleaner with friendly staff....

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our three-week trip to Argentina - it may be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel itself was lovely, but the thing that really made the stay was the staff. I wish I could have taken them with me for my whole trip. Among other things, they managed to get a lost bag from Delta Airlines in two […] hours that we had spent hours on a bunch of money trying to retrieve. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! This hotel is a great value. Its location is close to almost everything we wanted to do. It is a very modern luxury hotel. The best feature of the hotel is the front desk staff. The front desk staff continuously went above and beyond without being asked throughout our week long stay. 4月に1週間ほど滞在しました。スタッフからいろいろ情報をもらって、バスや地下鉄、鉄道を利用し、合理的に観光することができました。部屋はキッチンがついていて、湯沸かしポットや電子レンジを使って簡単な食事もできました。バスタブもあってよかったです。

Modtagelsen i receptionen fik en til at føle sig velkommen - og personalet var yderst hjælpsomme. Sengen - ja hvilken seng !!! Vi har overnattet på mange hoteller, men aldrig ligget i så skøn en seng. Man havde faktisk ikke lyst til at stå op om morgenen !!! Sengen alene er de 5 stjerner værd. Eneste minus var, at vi 4 dage efter hinanden måtte bede […] om toiletpapir !!! Lennox Hotel Buenos Aires kan på det varmeste anbefales. Les mer

Hotel cómodo y bien cuidado, personal amable, a 2 cuadras de la calle 9 de Julio. Falla claramente la variedad y calidad del desayuno. Los alrededores son feos y sucios, pero el hotel es bonito

O hotel tem uma iluminação escura tipo balada, o café da manhã é satisfatório, o quarto é muito bom, nivel de silencio impressionante. excelente pra descançar depois de uma noitada, ou de bater perna pela cidade inteira. a rua do hotel é meio degradada, não me arrisquei a andar a noite, mas durante o dia não tive nenhum inconveniente. O hotel fica perto […] de tudo, então da pra ir caminhando a calle florida, a casa rosa, obelisco, e dependendo da sua disposição até a recoleta. altamente recomendado. Les mer
