Exceeded our expectations. Great for business executives, renting a studio, or as in our case, a family of four. Staff was very friendly, and would go out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. Will definitely stay here again.

The service was excellent; the personnel very friendly and accommodating, the room was immaculate. I did notice certain differences on Saturday, but I assumed it was becasue they may have had a different cleaning crew because of the weekend. I was very satisfied with everything.

We stayed in this apt for 3 nights, we got a 1 bed room On a 13 th floor wth an amazing View of the city. At first we were a little iffy being on a 13th floor in the sismic capital of south America. However it was amazingly safe. The apt in general was very comfortable, great access to the the pool on the 16th floor with amazing views as well. We were not given the access card for the pool and gym facilities, not even after requesting it explicitly from the manager. The room was not cleaned until the 3rd day of our stay, and even then it was only done at our insistance (at 5pm!!). We were not assigned a parking place (well, we were but apparently other guests were assigned to the same one […] so it was always occupied!). Each time we wanted to park, we had to spend at least 15min getting the receptionist to come to the garage and find some random free spot he thought would be ok to use. If al above wouldn't bother you, then for the rest you could enjoy the time in this 'hotel' because it is nicely located and has good views and a large balcony. Les mer

In the heart of the beautiful Providencia neighborhood, this is where you want to stay in Santiago. Surrounded by a wide selection of great restaurants and shopping, this is an easy-going yet sophisticated area. The property is on a quiet tree-lined street close to thoroughfares heading into the the city center and less than a block away from the metro […] station. If you have a rental car, you will appreciate the free underground parking here, it can otherwise be a challenge. The staff is welcoming and most, but not all, speak english. The small suite was stylish and comfortable with one caveat. I saw no evidence that there was any airconditioning, and it can get plenty hot in Santiago. Les mer

The manager did not understand the concept of promise and reliance. No one spoke english. Our room was not available so we walked four blocks with luggage in tow and then back the next day, losing a day of vacation in the process. Dreadful experience!

The location of the hotel is very good. The views from balcony are nice and the pool on the upper floor is quite attractive. However, the room was dirty and unkept and the hotel staff was not helpful. In fact when I was gone for the day on business they moved someone else into my room and left their luggage and personal effects in my closet and near […] the bed. Staff are not very helpful and we had to wait a while for someone to come and let us into our room. Also, the room had no AC unit and was extremely hot. Hotel far from downtown and everything seems to close super early and isn't open on weekends.

Please note, that there is not a single person in the place, including the manager, who speaks a word of English! If you have any problems, you'll have a real problem communicating it..

The apartments are super easy for access to good/safe local neighbourhoods (good restaurants) and the metro system. The rooms are super nice and well set up with all facilities to live. The staff speak little English, but with plenty of smiles and use of google translator we were away. Note there are several apartments in this building, so a print out […] is helpful. Enjoy. Les mer

Excellent choice in Providencia. Well located, no need for taxi. Comfortable (spartan) but two TV sets, two bathroom. Internet free on Ground Floor. Pool and barbecue place available!

Na verdade nao esperava que fosse tão bom o apart hotel, proximo de tudo, supermercado, estaçao de metro Los Leones, casa de cambio, shoping Costanera Center e o conforto do quarto a limpeza a atençao dos funcionarios, tudo é simplesmente muito bom.

El dpto es muy comodo, amplio y bien ubicado. Tiene aire acondicionado en la habitacion (muy necesario en verano en Santiago) y muy bien ubicado, a cuatro cuadras del Mall costanera Center

Muito bom pelo preço/localização, mas não é um hotel, e sim um flat(aparthotel), não tem nenhum serviço de hotel(lavanderia,serviço de quarto, etc). A funcionaria da recepção foi muito atenciosa/solicita, e nos indicou alguns lugares para ir, mas sem falar espanhol fica difícil. Pontos Positivos: excelente localização sendo próximo de tudo (metrô, supermercados, casa de câmbio, restaurantes e shopping). Outro ponto a destacar é o atendimento da Marta. A nota geral só não foi menor por consideração à ela, que é realmente muito gente boa. Pontos Negativos: ar condicionado split não deixava ajustar a temperatura. Quarto bem pequeno […] de modo que não havia espaço para deixar as malas. A piscina não é climatizada e a administração não fornece toalha para piscina, tive que comprar. Móveis do quarto e banheiro bem usados, necessitando urgente de manutenção. Outro ponto foi que ficamos hospedados no quarto andar e ao redor do flat há vários predios, e assim a única paisagem que vi da sacada foram prédios comerciais..... além da perda de privacidade durante o dia. A cama extra é forneceida através de um colchão colocada sobre o sofá da sala, desta forma, acabamos perdendo o conforto do sofá na volta dos passeios. Em minha opinião, se vc puder gastar um pouco mais, ficaria em um hotel com um quarto um pouco maior e com café da manhã. Espero ter ajudado. Les mer

O hotel é um flat e conta com serviço de quarto mas sem o café da manhã. Internet free e de alta velocidade. Junto ao metrô e restaurantes.

Limpeza do quarto/hotel Ótima: A limpeza é feita diariamente. Toalhas são substituídas todos os dias. Roupa de cama de três em três dias. Havendo necessidade, é possível solicitar a troca diária. Qualidade do serviço Excelente: Funcionários cordiais e pacientes. Camareiras muito atenciosas. Comodidades do hotel Dois acessos á garagem. Um pela própria […] rua Nueva de Lyon e outro pela Av. Andrés Bello. Tal característica facilita muito no momento da saída. Os apartamentos tem cozinha completa. Uma ótima piscina na cobertura. O café da manhã é servido no andar térreo, saindo da recepção contornando o hotel pelo lado direito há um pequeno Café. Excelente qualidade. Serviço agradável e cordial. Localização do hotel Excelente: Próximo de padarias, farmácias, lanchonetes, restaurantes, casa de queijos, lojas de departamentos, livrarias, shoppings e metrô. Nossa dica: Os apartamentos tem cozinha completa. Na mesma calçada do hotel existe uma casa de queijos, uma padaria, uma banca de frutas e um bom supermercado. Vale a pena conhecer o queijo Mantecoso e presunto. Os pães Marraqueta e Ayullita. Não esqueça os patês e as frutas. Néctar de Durazno e Damasco são sucos prontos, certamente ótimas pedidas. A experiência de um apetitoso café da manhã em família no quarto do hotel é SENSACIONAL! Vale a pena tentar. Les mer

Um dos motivos da escolha foi o wifi gratuito no apartamento . Esse serviço não estava disponível pois encontrava-se com defeito. Ao reclamar diretamente com a administração desse apartamento, eles já estavam ciente desse defeito, e não fizeram nada nos 4 dias que ficamos lá. Foram totalmente omissos e demonstraram total desinteresse.

Estuvo correcto, la cocina no funciono y nunca la repararon, no tiene desayuno como decia en esta pagina, pero el resto esta perfecto. La ubicacion es buena y la pileta del ultimo piso esta comodisima.

Muito bom este hotel, esta perto de tudo... Falabella, Farmacia, Metro, restaurantes otimos... inclusive o giratorio, Paris, Shopping, casa de cambio... muito bem localizado. Os quartos sao bons, confortaveis...com certeza ficaria novamente!!!

普通のマンションです。入ると受付ではなく、警備員さんのような人がいます。あれ？と思ってここはホテルですか？と聞くと、２Fにある受付に連絡をしてくれて、そこへ行くように言われました。そこでチェックインを済ませると、あとはもう自分のマンションの部屋のように出入りします。建物自体は古い感じですが、清掃はきちんとしていてとてもきれいです。調理器具などもそろっています。地下鉄の駅からすぐそばで、スーパーもほど近くにあります。

Aparthotel bien situé à Santiago. Le Studio est vraiment petit mais fonctionnel. Le F2 est spacieux et beaucoup mieux que le studio. Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel.

Gostamos bastante, só o serviço da pessoa que nos recebe no hotel e nos dá dicas sobre os passeios é que deixou a desejar. Nos deram um telefone que nunca atendia e tivemos que ligar nas empresas de passeios por nossa conta.

Ficamos hospedados eu e mais 3 pessoas e adoramos a localização e o apartamento. Conforme já foi dito anteriormente não é Hotel e sim um Apart-Hotel onde os responsáveis ficam/atendem em um dos apartamentos. Mas, tem portaria 24 horas com atendimento muito cortez. Da sala viámos o Restaurante Giratório. A estação do metrô (Los Leones) é muito próxima. […] Recomendo a todos. Como íamos a Mendoza e depos voltaríamos para Santiago, deixamos nossas malas no escritório e voltamos para pegá-las em horário foram do expediente, mas mesmo assim fomos atendidos. Les mer

El departamento está a pasos del Costanera Center, excelente conectividad, habitación cómoda. el personal de recepción del Apart hotel no fue ubicable durante mi estadía. Afortunadamente los guardias y mucamas son muy amables.

A estada não foi de acordo com a reserva. Foi solicitado apartamento com dois quartos e camas de casal. O apartamento oferecido possuia 01 quarto com cama de casal e 01 quarto com cama de solteiro. um hospede teve que dormir na ante-sala/ cozinha num sofá-cama super desconfortável!!!!! Além disso, a localização proxima a avenida com muito ruido.

Fiz a reserva no Apartamentos Costa Nueva de Lyon, mas quando chegamos lá fomos informados de que o flat estava sem apartamentos disponíveis, ficamos assustados, no entanto, nos levaram para outro flat chamado Apart. Amoblados 2170, também no bairro Providencia.. Este flat é muito bom...bem limpinho, tudo novinho e muito bem localizado. Eu recomend […] o! Les mer

Foi tudo muito bom, ficamos 10 dias em Santiago, o Apart Hotel é bem localizado ficando próximo da estação de metrô, de supermercados, farmácias, galerias, praças e bares. A Carmen Glória responsável pelo Apart foi muito solidária conosco, a cidade é bem limpa e organizada. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Ist kein Hotel und hat Null Angebote, weder im Zimmer (leerer Kühlschrank) noch wissen die Leute am Empfang etwas, zudem nicht mal Englisch. Gut für längeren Aufenthalt, da Wohnung, aber man ist völlig auf sich gestellt

La ubicación es excelente. La falla está en la cantidad de toallas, almohadas, sábanas y cosas necesrias como papel higiénico, papel de cocina, esas pequeñas cosas que ayudan a una buena estancia. Si solucionan esa falencia iría de nuevo. La ubicación es excelente y el personal de recepción del edificio colabora en solucionar estos problemas.
