Grange Tower Bridge - London

Ive been at this hotel a few time and everytime it is a wonderful stay. The staff is always nice and smiling and i have had no trouble, even at this stay when i asked if i could change room cause the side of the tower i was staying was not connected to the gym and swimming pool, one very nice talk and a quick room change made with no hard effort and […] a very understanding personnel. The gym and Swimming pool is fun and very modern, it is easy to access from one side of the tower, although if your room is on the other side and above the connecting floors your in for a annoying walk, which is the only downside. The room are big (in my point of view) modern and like the shower and the bathtub, little minus, the floor is easy slippery, but you do get floor towels so your safer. I do recommend this hotel for everyone, cause its nice, modern, and with a good nice staff. its not the most central, but in reality it is in the middle of the original London city borders, the Tube is close and only take 10-15 min to Westminster and 15-20 min to Oxford Circus. and the district and circle line is a good line and just one change if your in from Heathrow :D Les mer

God service.Nydelig og reint romm. Vi var to voksne med våre to barn. To dobbel senger på et rom. Veldig praktisk. Gratis internett på rom. Flott trenings og basseng anlegg. Dyr mat på hotellet, men 30 meter unna hotellet får man flott, god mat til 1/4 av prisen. Litt lang tid å komme seg til Oxford Street. Vi brukte undergrund, men man må bytte tog […] for å komme inn. Rimelig og pent hotell, sentralt i London. Kort vei til Tower Hill Station som tok oss videre til alle Londons severdigheter. God service og hyggelig personale! Kommer garantert til å benytte hotellet igjen!

Virkelig flott hotell med fine rom og bra service. Største pluss: Veldig bra treningsrom og svømmebasseng! Største minus: Om man skal ha et weekendhotell, er det bedre å sikte mot hoteller med bedre beliggenhet. Hotellet ligger rett ved Tower, men ellers en liten reise unna det meste.

Her får du følelsen av å være på ett luksus hotell til en grei pris. Vi hadde ett flott familierom med to store dobbelt senger. Rolig strøk uten bilstøy. Gåavstand til Tower Hill Station, Tower Bridge og Tower of London. Litt dyr frokost. Sengene var overraskende harde, men utrolig godt å sove på dem. Alle sov godt. Hotellet var flott, men vi bestilte inkl frokost via hotels.com sin nettside. Da vi kom til hotellet var ikke denne registrert og vi måtte dermed betale dobbelt opp for frokosten. Anbefalingen fra hotellet var og ikke bestille frokost på forhånd da dette bare ble trøbbel i bestillingen og det var et problem de kjente godt til. One of the best hotels I stayed in! The room is big. Kingsize bed is very comfortable. Shower and bathtub in the bathroom! The shower was really interesting, but it was only hot water there, but I managed :) Wired and wifi internet (you have to ask for password at the reception, but it's FREE!) You can walk to Liverpool street station 10 minutes! The […] breakfast is expensive, but you can eat in the cafe nearby. The hotel is brand new so the price was really low for such a great hotel. The only disadvantage was the reception stuff which is totally from Eastern Europe and have no idea about London at all if you ask them questions. Les mer

Velfungerene og bra hotell. God standard. Dyr frokost, velg frokostalternativer like rundt hjørnet. Hyggelig betjening, men slurv vedrørende mottak av billetter fra UPS. Meget harde senger, ukomfortable. Relativt dyrt ift tilsvarende hoteller i nærheten. Velger anderledes neste gang... ;-)

Flott hotell, hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, veldig grei beliggenhet med gangavstand til Tower Hill og Tower Bridge. Kort avstand til alternative spisesteder/ pub. Men; fremdeles finnes mange mennesker i kategorien "røkere". Hotellet burde kunne tilby noen stoler med bord utendørs til de som vil sitte ute i sosialt samvær med andre, og kunne ta seg […] en røyk. Det blir for fattig med to "askebegere" boltet fast i trappa. I tillegg bør det monteres tak over inngangspartiet. Men alt i alt et hotell å anbefale. Les mer

The Grange hotel is perfect for families. 5 Star hotel newly opened - everything is brand new. Large executive rooms with two large beds very well suited for families. Only 5 minutes walk to both Tower of London and Tower bridge. The breakfast however was very steep priced with 24 pound pr. person. Use Goodmans on the corner and get breakfast for 75% […] of that price. The service was splenidid. Les mer

Great holiday in a good location, however parking is a bit of a bind. Local car park is very good but about a 300yd walk to the hotel across a busy road. If you have a few bags unload at the hotel before parking. Hotel itself is very good with excellent facilities. Staff were very helpful and professional. Overall we had a nice stay. The housekeeping staff would never leave wash cloths in the room, so we had to call each day to request them. Although the food was very good at the restaurant, the wait staff was not attentive at all. At the price that you pay, you would think they would be more willing to serve their customers. Hotel definitely deserves its high ratings. This is a very clean hotel with all the amenities you'll need whether your trip is for business or leisure. We were sightseeing in and around London for eight days. The room was spacious and the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. We'd only planned to stay a this hotel for the first three days, but […] our experience was so good, we booked it again for the final three days, venturing out away from London area with the rest of the time. We LOVED the spa, with large indoor pool, hot tub, three specialty showers, hot and cold foot baths, steam room and sauna. AMAZING after a day on your feet seeing the sights. This hotel is just a few blocks from the Tower Hill subway stop on the District or Circle lines, close enough we just pulled our luggage on its wheels over to the hotel and back to the subway without the need for a taxi. We walked to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London from this hotel, again just a few blocks away. And we loved the pub next store to the hotel, which had reasonable-priced food and drinks. We ended up at Goodman Fields Wetherspoon most mornings for breakfast and also for our evening meals. The hotel breakfast buffet looked very good, but was a bit pricey for our tastes. Les mer

We were so pleased with our choice of this London hotel, easily accessed by getting off the Circle Line or District Line from Tube (underground) at Tower Hill. An attendant at the station told us how to walk to our hotel, just two and a half blocks away. We had three suitcases between the two of us as well as several backpacks and managed fine to roll […] our suitcases on the sidewalk to the hotel. We also loved the simple and inexpensive pub right next to the hotel, where we ended up having every breakfast and dinner (why mess with success.) We had only planned to stay a few days, but enjoyed their spa and the quality of the hotel for such a reasonable price that we came back for two more nights before departing London for home. Perfect location, it's near the Tower Hill tube station. Friendly staff, and they have a nice lounge/bar area in the lobby.

This would be a great place if it were not for a couple of things. First, the bathroom arrangement is odd. The shower is big as a minute and every surface is hard and VERY slippery. Second, the technology used for television connections is nonfunctional. This is the first time in many trips where I could not watch movies I brought with me because of […] the strangeness. I have no clue what the problem was but their hotel staff was of no use. Lastly, like so many hotels, their for was good but much too expensive. There were local restaurants just steps away with comparable food for 40% less. I would like to recommend the hotel but they are too impressed with themselves. I won't be back. Les mer

stayed here 25th to 27th Jan with my mum, my 5 year old son and my 6 year old niece. We had tickets for Shrek and we planned on seeing some of London. From our arrival on Friday night the service and staff at this hotel were fantastic. I took the children for a swim to use some energy after a long train journey, towels were provided and the pool is […] spotless. ( it is very slippy poolside and there is no shallow end so young children need a ring or bands) Our room on the 11th floor has a fantastic view and 2 double beds, room very clean and comfortable. we had room service one night £10 for pizza and £13 for steak baguette, the baguettes were cold, we reported this and the staff were very apologetic and went above and beyond to compensate. The advice on travelling around London was priceless. Would definitely stay here again. Les mer

This hotel was an unexpected gem for the price we paid. It was modern and really beautifully appointed. The staff were effecient and friendly. My only negative commment is purely personal in that I thought the bed quilts used during the winter months were not warm enough. The temperature control of the room was efficient but if you like me like to sleep […] with a cooler air temperature snuggled up under your duvet you may be disappointed. The hotel was very quite overall despite being full and our stay being a Saturday night. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Les mer

Stayed overnight for my boyfriend's birthday. Dinner at Cafe Spice Namaste across the road, which was fantastic, and a few pints in the lovely pub Princess of Prussia. Hotel provided exactly what we wanted, and even sent up toothpaste when we realised we'd forgotten ours. Would ahve loved to have tried the pool, but had to get home. Didn't realise until […] we were leaving that we could ahve used the pool at any time on the day we checked out, so will bear that in mind for next time. Les mer

Beautiful! Don't miss a dip in the pool! Wonderful service in a great part of town! Close to public transportation and sites. I would recommend touring the city via bicycle if short on time!! OH and if you like Blues... Go to Soho neighborhood to "Ain't nothing but"... great crowd and great live music!!

Lovely hotel in a nice location - withing walking distance of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London as the hotel's name suggests. The hotel looks new or is very well maintained. The room is large and spacious, and the fact that the shower and the bath are separate is a nice touch. They even have various types of power outlets so you will likely not need […] to ask for a converter if you are coming from another country. There's a nice pub adjacent to the hotel called Goodman's Field - I would suggest going there to eat instead of the hotel restaurant. There is nothing wrong with the hotel food, but it is a bit pricey, especially the breakfast if you don't include it in your initial reservation. The only thing I didn't like was not being able to open a window (sometimes I like some fresh air). Highly recommended and I will definitely be back to stay at Grange Tower. Les mer
