the room is so small and it has no shampoo,toothpaste,soap and toothbrush. the ceiling and walls are also made of tiles just like a toilet.i am so dissapointed in this hostel...

the place are quite attractive as they are located in the downtown of Hong Kong,and close all the attraction of Hong Kong,and no matter how shopping,or food,can find so many options in this area,and Victoria Harbor just few minutes walk from them.The hotel actually is a budget hostel,but the room look quite new and clean,a bit small but have private […] shower,and our own key card to access.The staff are friendly and helpful.The building ground floor are so many shops and many forgiener,but we feel that is safe enough.A good option for our next visit. Close to everything, don't mind the people selling you stuff at the entrance of the building, they are harmless. Just be aware that you have to wait for the elevator for a while..It's also a residential building.

The Lucky Hotel caretaker (he's a black guy) was easy to deal with. He let us check in our baggage even if we came in 30mins ahead of check-in time. Though not sure if he did allow too the koreans next to us hehe. The room he gave to us is clean, comfy and with complete facilities such as aircon, water heater, ref, tv with good channels (unlike the […] tv in Cosmic Guest Hotel, you wont be able to watch tv because its all local channels unless you pay them extra for cable channels and very small rooms and crs!). At Lucky Hotel, you don't have to tell them to change your towels and clean your room everyday. It's a two thumbs up for value and location too, coz its situated at Tsim Sha Tsui which is at the heart of the city, close to everything that you may need when you go to Hong kong! I'm not one for taking the time to write a review, but my experience at Lucky Hostel was that bad. Dirty, crowded lobby leads to a lobby that may-or-may-not be open, with a hand-written sign that sends you to an entirely different hotel where they may-or-may-not have your reserved room. Tiny, poorly cleaned rooms. Good location, but not worth the hassle […] or discomfort. Spend an extra few dollars and go to a place where a reservation actually guarantees you a bed and you feel safe to take a shower without getting sick. Les mer

This is a guest house and not a hotel. It is part of the Chung King Mansions guest house system. Maybe good for young budget travelers who cannot or do not want someting better. Do not be decieved by the name. Just another cheap quest house. Clean but not comfortable--small room,no shower. At least the Air Conditioning worked.

The location of the hotel was good, it's near to the train station with shopping around it. The staffs are friendly and approachable. The environment was bad, with alot of people directing us to the wrong direction and the lift was very slow.

Then u can make a reservation for this hostel! Cheap and distance is so good to walk around tsimshatsui! Walkable to peninsula hotel, sympony of hk and any places in tst as its located in chengking mansion. However, u should prepare extra towels if u stay there more than three days as they only provide one towel a day and a receptionist isnt friendly […] at all, also always yell out at ppl. Das Gasthaus befindet sich im Chunking Mansion. Dort gibt es viele Gasthaeuser, auch bessere fuer (fast) das gleiche Geld. Die Raumgroesse entspricht den fuer Hongkong ueblichen Dimensionen in dieser Preiskategorie. Das Zimmer wurde ueber die Belueftung, wie auch immer, mit dem Rauchgeruch einer entfernt gelegenen Kueche versorgt. Die Aufzuganlage im […] gesamten Mansion ist einfach eine Katastrophe. 大部分服务员看来是非洲人。他们不会讲中文，所以要用英文沟通。房间特别小。不过在香港便宜的宾馆都是这样子。

我第一次利用这酒店，觉得有的服务员的态度很好，有的一般。总体来说态度还好吧。房间是非常小的，但是在香港很便宜的宾馆都是这样吧。

客房滿乾淨的，浴室裝潢也算新穎，房東很nice，設施的部份就比較像單純一般住家那樣，可以洗澡、睡覺、亦提供wifi上網，適合整天待在外面遊玩，累了回房過夜的選擇。位置在尖沙咀的重慶大廈裡，不過一樓大門口出入的人較為複雜、多元，不建議女生獨自進出，到地鐵站滿方便的~交通便利

スタッフがインド人で早口英語を話したかと思えば、ちょっと待ってとか、違う場所と云われ、エレベーターに乗り換え、案内された部屋は3m×3mほどの小さな部屋！！？明らかに予約した部屋ではなく、ホテルの名前もどこにも無く宿泊代金を騙し取られた気分です。二度と予約する事はないと思います。
