Stayed there 3nights in January. Hotel was fantastic, think this most be the best hotel in the area. 200meter to skytrain that quickly took us in too the Bangkok. Only negative thing is that the area the hotel is located in is quite boring.... But still, strongly recommend.

Et fint hotell litt i utkanten av ' sentrum" men det lå 2 min gange fra Sky Train som fraktet oss raskt og komfortabelt ned til Siam og MBK sentret. Rommet vi fikk var smakfullt og rent med all den komfor du kan tenke deg.en fint og luftig verandaen med utsikt over Bangkok,.det eneste som var minus var det at det ikke var matservering etter kl 1400. […] Men det var fullt utstyrt kjøkken hvis en ønsket og lage mat selv. Turen ut til flyplassen tok ca 35 min på formiddagen og kostet 250 bht. Vi fikk også fri internett ved annkomst. Les mer

Flott hotell, med høy standard og glimrende service. Fine, store rom og en sinnsykt bra frokost. Beliggenheten trekker litt ned da det er vel i utkanten. Skytrain ligger derimot kun 100 meter unna så det er enkelt å komme seg til kjernen. Liggger et stykke utenfor Sukumhvit- området.

Ligger veldig sentralt, 30 min til flyplassen, 2 min gange til "skytrain" som tar deg inn i sentrum av Bangkok. Et nydelig hotell, men fantastisk service. Anbefales!

I wasn't sure how the hotel would be due to the sight of other local hotels but I was amazed!! I was a beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing and very helpful! The rooms were very nice and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff very helpful and made sure that we got a fair deal from the taxi driver. It was convenient to the Bangkok light rail system for getting to shopping and tourist areas.

My Wife and I spent 8 nights at this hotel at the beginning and end of our holiday in Thailand.We had originally booked a city centre hotel for the end of our holiday,but cancelled this and re-booked the Viva as it was like coming home.Rooms were large and clean with a decent sized balcony.The pool was excellent and the buffet breakfast served everything […] you could imagine.What really made this hotel was the staff who were all so friendly and helpful.Naphat in particular was exceptional,he always seemed to be on duty and always with a smile.He organised all our taxis,helped with my suit order and advised us were to visit.When we next come to Bangkok this is the only hotel we would consider. The staff was very helpful with all our needs during our 3-night stay. Wonderful variety in the included breakfast daily. Great outdoor pool big enough for lap swimming; on site do-it-yourself laundry machines as needed. Close to the fantastic sky train system. Good recommendation for local restaurant.

We are business travelers to BKK and so we spend 10 or more days there at a time. This place was perfect. It is a serviced residency but caters to tourist/business visitors as well. About 20 minutes from the center of BKK but easy because the BTS station which is right there, just outside the driveway! For our purposes it was perfect! A minute from BTS, easy to get to the city. Staff are very nice and helpful. They are willing to go extra mile to meet your demand. We had greet experience with the hotel.

The room was very accommodating for my few days stay, with a kitchenette and medium refrigerator. The pool area was relaxing and isolated, as you couldn't see most of the surrounding buildings. There is a school on one side of the building, which was entertaining, however, the bells and singing might be a bit much for some people, albeit fine for me. The […] bathroom was incredibly roomy, clean and quite modern. It was nice to have wi-fi as well, however you could only have 1 device at a time on the wi-fi (iPhone & iPad couldn't be used simultaneously) The main lobby personnel were friendly, helpful and polite. The location is across from a market, which offered many street food options as well as other food establishments. It is also located very close to the sky train, ~1-2 min walk from the driveway, which was a great mode of transportation and easy to follow. You will either want to take the train or cab to go shopping or to other locations for other activities, as there wasn't a lot to do in the immediate area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Viva Gardens! I would recommend it for anyone, but see it more appropriate for people staying for a few days or more. Les mer

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately not in a very nice part of town, but next to sky train station, so easy to travel with public transport. Good for short stay (shopping etc.)

The location which is right next to the Bang Chak BTS was very good. The room was large and comfortable. The service was also quite good. I have no complaints at all about this hotel and highly recommend it.

This hotel was in a good location- although not central- literally thirty seconds walk from the sky train. The room was very spacious, and very clean- bed was comfortable too. Great alternative to upscale hotels in the busier areas of Bangkok. Lots of space to feel at home in. Nice pool and meditation area on the grounds. Right next to the BTS Bang Chak station for easy commuting to most areas of BKK. You will pay a 15Baht premium from this station, but the price of the hotel makes it well worth the cost. If you are staying […] several days, get a BTS "Rabbit" card with 15 - 40+ trips and add a few hundred Baht to your "purse" to cover the extra toll and for a simple means to pay for some retail .purchases at select spots. We ordered from their room service menu a couple of nights and it was served hot, promptly and was quite good value for the money. Delivered with a smile and no lingering for a tip...very comfortable and professional. The Management has done an excellent job in their selection of staff for this property. Les mer

We stayed 3 nights before heading to our destination. The hotel is lovely and very well maintained. Breakfast included with the room had lots of variety and was good. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The location was close to the sky train, which is easy to use. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself is very modern and new so if you are lookig for a nice place to stay it fits the bill. Its situated minutes from Bang Chuk station (Sky train) which will get you into central Bangkok in 15mins and costs 50 baht. The staff are friendly and helpful in general however my experience was a bit off putting because one staff member (who I […] guess had ever seen a black person before) decided to stare at me for 20 mins non-stop whilst I attempted to eat breakfast. However I met a lovely manager (and now friend) who was brilliant and made my stay so pleasant. The hotel is clean (mainly because its new) but they dont do a deep clean so its easy to find smeared tiles and dust around the furniture. I stayed in the studio and that was superb they had all the cooking facilities you need. The breakfast is great, tasty food, good variety of dishes. This hotel was beautiful and spacious. I was impressed by the suite and facilities. If you don't mind taking the train into town for approx 20 mIns, the location is also excellent. My only complaint is that I found the service, while acceptable could've been better. Despite calling for early check in weeks before, my room was not ready when I arrived. […] Also, when catching a cab out to the airport, the hotel ordered me a taxi for a price that was double what I knew to be the market price. although they advertise they are "pet friendly" and the website says "no additional pet fee" neither is true. We were asked to use the service elevator with our 7 pound hairless mexican. Now I could understand people being intimidated/upset if he was a 100 pound alaskan malamute. Then we got hammered with an additional $50 fee for having a pet. At least […] we got to keep the room. Absolutely great place Pro's: mostly great staff good room cleaning pool and amenities are amazing breakfast is fantastic spacious rooms Con's Hotel is a bit out of town, and while being near the BTS skytrain it is somewhat inconvenient. Location is in a less run-down place in town, so for those who want action on their doorstop, this is not the […] place to be. However, if you don't mind, or are after the authentic thai experience, this location is great. General Con = the smog in Bangkok is really bad on somedays. For those who are inexperieinced with smog, it's tough. Note: the hotel had a few upkeep issues ie having some poor water flow in one of te bathrooms. This could lead to problems in the future. It's a great hotel for business trips because there isn't anything around the hotel. But the Skytrain is located just outside (1-2min walk) which makes it also convenient, and away from Bangkok traffic. Room is very large and its got everything you need. We stayed for 4 nights. We were so pleased with this hotel. It is very clean and modern. The hotel staff were always very helpful and eager to please. A little bit far from the center and malls, but the skytrain station is just front of the hotel. My wife likes this hotel and already recommended to her friends. Stayed one night before an early a.m. airport departure... great hotel in an interesting, non-touristy location in Bangkok. It was advertised as an airport hotel but is a good 30-40 minutes from either airport in Bangkok. Otherwise, I would highly recommend for a longer stay... Beautiful rooms, pool, and restaurant.

The hotel is spotless. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. They helped us arrange (in Thai) a set fee for a cab ride so that we wouldn't be taken around for longer distances to up the fare. We were upgraded to a nicer room, and it was AMAZING. The hotel's outdoor pool area is beautiful.
