Amora NeoLuxe Hotel - Bangkok

The hotel is very modern and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights and very happy with the room. Staffs are very friendly and they speak pretty good English. There are some mid to high end foreign restaurants around the area. Hotel was broadly fine for the price but the aircon ONLY cooled when the fan was full blast so nighttime was a hot as the fan noise would have been unbearable at night. This is a hotel problem as I tried several rooms The cable is terrible for foreigners. Not even BBC world or any film channels to watch in English. We stayed for two nights at neoluxe and had a brilliant time - the room was small but comfortable and the tv was massive. Unfortunately the fridge was broken and they did nothing to fix it so that was frustrating - all our food and fresh milk went off which was annoying and they didn't seem to care much about it. The front desk staff weren't too nice, […] though the breakfast staff in the morning were lovely and did everything they could to help. The breakfast was typical Asian style, though they also had ala carte offerings like scrambled, fried and poached eggs - I had an omelette and it was lovely. The bed in the room was incredible - pillow top and so comfy I could have stayed in it all day! Also the free wifi is super fast and reliable - we are now staying in a very expensive 5 star resort in Phuket and it's nowhere near as good (terrible Internet, power always goes out, bad food etc). The location is excellent and right across the road from the Dubliner Irish bar where we watched the rugby world cup - fantastic day there! It's about a 2 minute walk to the bts station which is absolutely perfect - we got an all day train ticket for 120 baht and saw the sights all day - MBK centre is great and get off at Mo Chit station for the Chatachak market, it's got everything! We like to stay at different places every time we come to Bangkok but I'd definitely stay here again as it was great - highly recommended (just make sure your fridge works!!!). Les mer

The room is too small but clean. The gym and the swimming pool are fine. The location is ok, 8-10 minutes walk to BTS. Staff are nice but not much service provided

Worth to pay for the offer room rate with breakfast. Room is beautiful and everything is very new. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Why would a hotel in bangkok have TV/Cable from Indonesia? If you can understand the Indo or Malay language and sub titleokay then but that did not work for us at all and only 2 movie channels in Malay. Also, the air conditioner was broken hours upon hours daily. Reply from the poorly trained front desk, "okay, no problem it will be fixed tommorrow". […] That means waiting some 12 hours with no air in Bangkok. Horrible hotel and would never stay again!! Rude Manager goes along with rude lady in afternoon and night. When asked for fresh towels and water as we missed housekeeping, she stated would need to wait 10 hours till morning. Really? More like a 2 star than the claimed 4 as far as front desk staff goes. We also noticed numerous broken fixtures and holes with leaks within common areas. Very rude staff at check in, gave us a room key and off to the lift to only have her yell stop and make us wait 30 minutes to reconfirm our already paid for room and we already signed papers they already have filled out with our info. After 35 minutes let us go to the room with no reason for the sudden halt and delay and no apology. We were the only […] customers during that time so no excuses. She continued to be rude to both my wife and I. The hotel pool already shows signs of rust and has some sort of salt water in it. Very dissapointed. Les mer

I been staying in for 6days.. Nice and relax.. Brand new hotel with nice room plus gym room and outdoor swimming pool.. * Short walk around 7mins to Phrom Phong BTS.. * Front desk customer service friendly and very helpful * I will sure stay in when I return to Bangkok. Drinking hole near by: Asok soi cowboy and Nana plaza

Check IN,Check OUTの際とても丁寧に気持ちよく対応してくれました。朝食のレストラン、クリーニングスタッフさん達の対応もとても良かったです。今回で２度目の利用ですが次回もまた利用したいと思います。

スクンビット通りまで歩いて１分、スカイトレイン駅プロムポンとエンポリウムデパートまで５分、カフェレストランやセブンイレブンも近くて便利です。最上階のプールも名構えも良くて快適でした。

スクンビット通りからすぐで便利。プロモーションで半額なら良いと思う。ホテルはビジネスホテルのようで、全体的にまだ新しくきれい。部屋に長くいないならとても快適。バスタブもあり、アーリーチェックインも無料。プールもジムも狭いが、ほどんと人がいないので快適。朝食のレストランは地下にあり、きれいで品数もまぁまぁ。スタッフの対応も良い。 ひとつだけ、、、エアコンの音がうるさくてかなわない。耳栓が必須である。。。

値段の割に内容が充実しているホテルです。レセプションも定年で部屋が素晴らしく清潔でとても気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食も品数は少ないですが十分でした。またとてもおいしいものが並べられています。次回バンコクに行ったならまた泊まりたいと思うホテルです。

Gutes Preis / Leistungs - Verhältnis. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in kleinen Restaurants und Massage. Auch grosse Shoppingcenter sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und sauber mit europaeischem und asiatischem Essen.

ワインクーラーのような中身の見えるタイプの冷蔵庫でした。温度調整で強にしても冷えずぬるいままそして 冷凍室がないため氷も作れず、高温の外から部屋に入り飲み物がぬるいと凹みます。インテリアしては良いのかもしれませんが普通の冷蔵庫に変えてほしい。その他は満足のいく環境でした。

Personalen och frukosten är trevlig, men hotellet, som är nytt har en del brister. Wifi funkar rätt dåligt ju högre upp du bor och användaren måste logga in med en standardkod hela tiden, eftersom den tappar signal. Badkarets konstruktion är inte helt väl genomtänkt eftersom det rinner vatten ner till kanten, så se upp när du kliver av! Ett tips är […] att sätta en liten ihopvikt handduk vid sidan av väggen och badkaret. Ibland glömmer dem att dela ut vattenflaskorna. Läget är inte helt optimalt då du måste gå 5-10min till BTS, antingen Phrom Pong eller Asok i värmen. Rummet är annars i jättebra skick med en 42" TV. Kanon! Les mer
