Very nice and peaceful hotel, beautiful beach,friendly staff, nice pools. Exept the Marbel mountains and the beach there is noting outside the hotel, but there is a suficient and free of charge bus service to Hoi An. The Hotel is realy a five star hotel, but they should stop holding the taxies back while cheking the rooms after check out. This was unpleasant.There […] are two restaurants at the hotel but the food was not five star.with only two restaurantes we where a little bored yo eat at the restsursntes after a few days. This is a beautiful, new and well-run hotel. Rooms are large and spacious, the AC is excellent, and there are hundreds of little details that make this 5 stars. Bathtub and huge rainfall shower? Check. Ipod dock? Check. WiFi everywhere? Check. Etc. The scenery and layout are stunning, and there are several cosy small areas around the pools and gardens. […] Service was outstanding, even for Vietnam, and the staff spoke better English than in comparable hotels. We travelled with an infant, and the bed they provided was better than the one we have at home. The hotel has playrooms and outside areas for kids, and no noise bothered us. And the buffet lunches and dinners are outstanding. À la Carte menu was high quality, low selection - buffet was clearly the way to go. And you will be dining at the hotel, because there is no other option within walking distance - this is well outside Danang city. Marble Mountain is literally across the road, and well worth a visit. In summary, this is an excellent and luxurious resort for a relaxing and carefree holiday. Les mer

The hotel / resort is nothing short of spectacular. It sits right on the ocean with a large private white sand beach. The entire building is comprised of marble, rich woods, brass and glass. Facilities were wonderful. We had an ocean view (overlooking the 5 pools) which was breathtaking. Our room was beautiful and clean. The room had an “ipad like” […] console that controlled all lights and curtains, interesting. Every staff member (no matter who or where) was always friendly, greeting you warmly and offering to help in any way. Our one niggle is the expenses you incur at the resort. To get to the resort by cab costs less than 1/5 the price of the services offered by the resort (even the least costly) and due to location (far from the city) you are almost required to eat dinner at the resort, which is quite dramatically overpriced. The food cost is balanced in part by the abundant complimentary breakfast buffet. Les mer

We found the food selection limited, especially because we were there for 10 nights and still went into Hoi An for dinner every night. Walking paths around the pool and to access other arrears of the property including the beach Could be improved. Corridor tiles slippery when wet making it dangerous just going from room to lobby.

This resort is great: it has 5 pools and a nice beach, and despite of being a huge hotel, you don't stumble on people and you don't need to run for your pool chair. There is always one available. In terms of food: food is good, but not great. Don't take me wrong: taste is good and quality of ingredients is superb, but it lacks a little bit on "differentiation". […] You don't have that "special flavor". But this doesn't take the merit from the restaurants. Breakfast has a wide selection, and coffee is wonderful. We are Brazilians, we like our coffee right. We were not disappointed. Lunch/dinner buffet is also very good, and the price is not bad for a resort like this. Not the cheapest place, but not the most expensive. It's fair. Room is awesome. We had the Ocean View room, and had view to the garden, which also faces the ocean. Big room, lots of space, with a balcony and a big bathroom. The room has great ammenities, including flip-flops for pool/beach, robes, yukatas. There is even a capsule coffee machine, which they refil every day (free). The kids playroom is fair, and the ladies there are very nice. Staff is very kind and polite. Always smiling and willing to help. Some lack some English, but that doesn't make things bad.You just need to adjust and make yourself understood. The service could be a little faster. If you're in the mood, you won't complain (we were relaxed, so we handled it). This is a great resort, and I'd recommend it to anyone willing to enjoy a nice place. Les mer

The hotel facilities, the dining, reception, cleaning staffs were excellent. The location also excellent. The spa staff need to be mỏe attentive to customer service. The women and men sides the spa facility need to have mỏe amenities such á mỏe tơels available and working jacuzzi. The food selections need to be improved for a 5 stars resesort. I have […] stayed at the Four Seasons, JW Mariot, and other 5 stars botique hotels and the food ứa exceptional. If Vinpearl in Dâng improve on their food selections, I believe their repuation will be recognized by seasoned travellers. Les mer

Fantastic room, although still maintenance teething issues due to hotel newness. Shower drainage insufficient and bathroom constantly flooded. Staff very attentive and friendly, albeit language sometimes problematic. Location a bit isolated, but typical for beach type resorts however took extreme exception to being charged to use the hotel scheduled […] shuttle bus to Hoi An. Cost for 2 well above a taxi for the same route. Overall wonderful facilities of infinitii pools, gym and room (pool view) but they need to work a bit more on staff training and completing final maintenance touches. Les mer

Very, very comfortable guest room, the biggest I have ever stayed in. The hotel is only new but has great facilities. It was a pity it was so quiet but it was the low season. Staff would do anything you asked (but sometimes due to language barrier were a little confused, but how would you go as an english speaking person learning an Asian language). […] Fantastic swimming pool and enjoyed the walk along the beach. Convenient to Hoi An only 15 mins in a taxi which gives you the best of both worlds. If you are a female travelling along for security reasons ensure you are not on the ground floor, it was great being able to leave the door open to the balcony which you couldn't do on the ground floor. 今後のベトナムリゾートのお手本になるサービスと感じます。 まだオープンから3か月の割には、受付からビーチボーイ、部屋のメイキングスタッフまで笑顔で挨拶をしてくれて、以前のベトナムのホテルとは全く感じが違いました。 ただ、ビーチリゾートとしては大きすぎるような気もしますが・・・ 食事もおいしく問題ありません。何日も滞在するとバラエティがどうかな。
