Jeg bodde her en uke i starten av mai i forbindelse med en konferanse. Det ligger lokalisert på et sentralt sted. Rett ved siden av Wet´n Wild for de som har tid til park. Nær butikker og restauranter. Fint område å jogge i. Svært imøtekommende resepsjonister. Rommene var store og fine, og badebassenget overrasket med sin størrelse og gode fasiliteter. Her reiser jeg gjerne tilbake.

Oppholdet var veldig bra. Hotellet har egen innkjøring med kontroll av sikkerhetspersonell hele døgnet som gjør oppholdet ekstra trygt og godt. Beliggenheten er ideell i forhold til nær sagt alt som finnes av attraksjoner i Orlando-området.

Synes Crown Plaza er et greit hotell for noen få dager kort.Grei beliggenhet. Hvis dere skal vare flere dager, hadde jeg tatt et hotell med flere aktiviteter for ungene. Og som ellers i Orlando er du nødt til å ha leiebil.

"Overgikk forventninger"
Pros: gedigne rom (6 voksne kunne hatt det komfortabelt), 4 stjerner+, generelt særdeles bra, knallbra gym. Cons: lange avstander, noe langt fra butikker, gode hotell- og parkeringsavgifter, noe snobbete.
"What a value for such nice amenities!"
Such a comfortable hotel. The decor is fresh and contemporary. But most of all the cleanliness of the linens and comfort of the beds, absolutely wonderful. The hotel staff is VERY professional and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
"Beautiful with the possibility for perfection."
This is a beautiful hotel with very high class finishing and decor with a modern chic edge. I loved it. Breakfast Buffet in the Tesoro Cafe was lovely. We enjoyed that 3 days in a row - very nice. Pools were nice. There are several throughout the complex. Be sure to ask. There is a 48" height restriction on the main waterslide featured in the hotels.com […] listing. The only problem is my daughter wasn't tall enough and she was crushed. She had been wanting to go to the Disney hotel that has that for a couple of years now. This one looks similar, but we were devastated when we realized she couldn't even go down it. :( A bit of a sad point on her birthday. Besides that, everything was nice. The timeshare people are nasty, so avoid that whole ordeal. There was a fee for parking and a resort fee on top of what you pay online. The staff really needs to treat the guests a little better, but the room was immaculate and the decor and quality of the resort was top knotch. It's near the Waldorf Astoria and couldn't be closer to Disney. The shuttle was a nice perk, but is run by a third party. I would definitely stay there again for sure. I would even book an event there, it's a beautiful hotel! Les mer

"Great for families with kids"
With 2 adults and 3 small children we choose the room with the bunk-beds which turned out to be a great choice. Upon check-in we were moved to a room with a view of the pool, and it was one of the best family rooms we have stayed in as the room is a great size, and the bunk-beds are out of the way of the main room so children remain undisturbed at night. […] We loved the abundance of pools, but were a bit disappointed that the star attraction for the kids - the pirate pool had a height limit of 48 inches, which my oldest two were just under. Strangely enough another more dangerous blue waterslide which landed in 4 ft of water had no height restriction, so the kids made do with that one. The hotel location was lovely and handy to all the Disney attractions - however I would recommend a car. In all a fabulous hotel - wish we could have stayed for longer. Les mer
"Very Nice Resort"
The Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnett Creek is a great place to stay if your priorities are hotel amenities, cleanliness, not having to rent a car, and proximity to the Disney parks. In terms of proximity to the parks, it is the closest thing to a Disney hotel at much less cost. We decided that even if you pay more to stay in a Disney hotel you're […] going to have to shuttle to some of the parks and with the Wyndham the shuttles were SO prompt (to the minute!) it was like having our own personal limo. When we absolutely wanted to go with a different schedule than the shuttle, we got a limo from the hotel and they were very reasonable in cost (i.e. $16 to Downtown Disney each way). Starbucks in the lobby, great outdoor lounge by the pool with outstanding servers, great pool that the kids loved. Great experience. Les mer

We prepaid for our room through Hotels.com and we paid for a specific kind of room. We arrived around 7pm and were told that we would not be getting the room we requested because the hotel was overbooked due to other guests extending their stay and so on. We were then given the living area of a suite, which had a sleeper sofa in it. Both my husband […] and I have bad backs and that did not help. The next day we were moved to anpther room, the kind we had requested, but we had to contact management to do this on a tip from an employee when he heard how upset we were. The hotel, then, only offered us a complimentary breakfast as compensation. We should have at least been given a free night. Not to mention, that incoming guests should not be on the bottom of the list when other guests decide to extend their stay and keep their same rooms. It should be the other way around. Very disappointed in a hotel of Wyndham's caliber. Les mer

I was very pleased with this hotel. Rooms were very clean and confortable. Nice resort area. It has an excelent location with exclusive shuttle service to the Disney Parks. Highly recomended!

This hotel is among the best. My family and I love it. The rooms are large enough to accomodate a family of four and more. The hotel, itself, is very well kept. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the price, although a little on the steep side, was well worth it. Our family was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and convenient to all Disney parks. The food was too expensive and not that great. Would recommend to others and stay again in the future.

Comfortable room, Five themed pools Seafood restaurant was good. Menu the same at the other restaurants. Could not get a main course salad. Pool crowded, but the attendants helped find a seat.

Stayed for only one night, but the location was great and the hotel was smart and the staff very polite. It sits on a resort so would also suit those with young children. We walked around the whole resort and even managed to see the Epcot fireworks! We had a very nice room on the top floor.

"Wyndham Grand Orlando - heaven."
I picked to stay here simply because it was new. It was better than I expected, with the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is simply beautiful inside and out! We arrived in the evening and the lite up land scaping as you pull up to the hotel is awsome. They have many amenities that I can not comment on because we traveled with children spacifically […] to see the theme parks. But, rest assured I will be back to try them all. The hotel is around a small lake with other hotels, which are all connected by a boardwalk. Great for running or a light stroll. You also have use of any of the other hotels pools, just walk along the boardwalk and open the gate to the pool you want. I could go on and on, but really just book it. You will not be dissappointed. If I had to say anything negative it would be about the parking fee and resort fee. I feel the resort fee should cover parking. Yet, this would not keep me from staying there again. In fact, I'm planning to got back in a few weeks. Les mer

"Just OK and isolated"
The bed was uncomfortable because the blankets were so low and if you pulled them up all the blankets came off the bed. The hotel did not have much of a choice for healthy meal alternatives. The only breakfast restaurant is set up as a buffet. The restaurant resembles a fast food Disney type. There is one coffee bar with some food. I asked for a breakfast […] sandwich and asked if I could have it on whole wheat bread. I was told it could only be made with a bagel and that was not whole wheat. For dinner there is one nice seafood restaurant and no other choice. Other nearby Disney hotels offer more choice without the feeling of being trapped. Les mer
"First Class Stay"
We had a great stay at Wyndham Grand. It has the best location for Disney and the surrounding attractions ( Seaworld, Outlet Malls, Downtown Disney). It was a beautiful hotel, beautiful pool, and friendly staff. For breakfast I would bypass The Barista and head downstairs. They offer both menu service and buffet service. Save the Barista for Starbucks […] coffee and go downstairs for good, healthy food options. The Barista makes great Starbucks though! It was a great trip! We are glad we stayed here! If you drive I would pay the few extra dollars and valet.. The car was always waiting and ready when we were walking out and they were friendly, courteous, and welcoming! Les mer

"Good Stay"
This is a nice newer hotel. The best part of the hotel itself is you can roam between the other Wyndam properties to use their pools. You cannot charge to your room though at those properties. Convenience to Disney was just like other Disney resorts. We are passholders so we drove to other parks due to free parking,...I don't think the transportation […] is all that great to the parks from this hotel. Restaurants were good, happy hours at the pool bar, nice and clean surroundings. The only negatives were on the day we removed the do not disturb sign we were gone most of the day and didn't get back to the room until 4:00 and the room still had not been cleaned. Also there is a resort fee of $16 and self parking fee of $12. I wish hotels would just include parking into rate of room but I guess if you were coming by taxi, that would be unfair. They could include the resort fee and limit my check out bill though. Les mer

"beautiful hotel"
would highly recommend. The bed was wonderful, the pool area was beautiful. Only negative: When you purchase your Disney tickets at the hotel they give you a big speech about saving money on your tickets (which is $100) and then you must wait in another line once you tell them you are not interested. My advice; tell them right up front

Great Hotel, close to Disney and surrounding parks. There is a $16.00 dollar a day surcharge for using the resort. If you are going to Disney everyday you won't use the resort. They should just include it in the price of the room. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly.

"awsome stay until...."
On a raining night my wife was using parking garage and walked out the stairwell door onto wet wood signs placed in front of the stairs...slipped and fell landing on her head causing injuries and having to go to hospital. Spend the night there. During the ordeal the staff was helpful and showed concern etc.. Other than that kids loved the pools...rooms […] were awsome and location was great for everything. This is top of the line new, beautiful for the ladies, nice furniture, nice decorating, plenty of space with a couch and desk along with a kong size bed. The hotel is a must see and surrounded by other beautiful resorts with minature golf, a small lake that's surrounded by the hotels. About 10 min from espn sports where there was a gymnastic competition […] and 15 mins to all Disney parks except downtown Disney. We will be back. Hope the great price holds out. Watch out for the $16 a day charge for bus, Internet etc Les mer

This hotel is one of the best my family have stayed in. It is very convenient to parks and shopping. The staff are all very welcoming and polite. The facilities were excellent i especially liked the use of the hotel pool towels and the spa areas. Our room was situated on 10th floor over looking the pool which was excellent and enabled us to view the […] fireworks from Epcot. I would definately use this hotel again on my return to Florida. "Wyndam Grand Hotel may be lovely, but staff isn't."
Upon arrival, our first impression of the hotel is that indeed it is very grand! This assumes you can actually find it. Signage in general is very limited and very poor along Disney area roads. Don't let the grand hotel sway your decision as it did mine. The problem here are employees at the front desk who are not gifted in being welcoming or hospitable. […] if i wanted to spend hundreds of dollars getting scowled at and curtly spoken to I may as well have gone somewhere else where a breakfast buffet doesn't cost you $18 a person. When you receive your room assignment you are given a gift card for a free gift at the next desk over. I should have known that I was being passed to an agent who was trying to sell me discounted tickets and a time share stay! I appreciate the bus to and from Epcot and Disney, and I appreciate the nice cafe staff, but the food costs, the patronizing and rude staff upon arrival, the time share gimmicks, and loud neighbors made this stay one I would not want to repeat. We were very happy with this hotel. Beautiful new hotel, very friendly staff, and excellent shuttle service to all Disney parks and Downtown Disney - Our room was clean, but noticed one or two strands of hair (not ours) on "clean" towels. Resort fee of $16 per day seemed wasteful for us since we didn't use the pool (weather was too cold) and were too […] tired to use the gym. Other than that, we had a wonderful time here.
