Et gammelt historisk hotell med klassisk Britisk stil i hjertet av Chatham. Et veldig koselig hotel med alt det man trenger, samt svømmebasseng og gåavstand til sentrum. Selv om prisene på Cape Cod er stive, så er dette et veldig godt valg.

Our stay was brief (one night), but they seemed to cover the bases pretty well. Good quality stuff all-around, if simple and basic. The one thing I had difficulty with was the ironing board. The room didn't have an iron or board, but we were able to get them from the office. The iron was great. The ironing board was the little portable kind that go […] on a table top. It was kind of a pain to work with, sliding on the table top, being small and providing little room for my shirt to drape over the sides (because the table top was there). I'd have preferred a free-standing ironing board. But, it got the job done. Overall -- real good quality for a decent price (relative to other motels in the area). Les mer

The reception staff was excellent and gave me a lot of good advice as to where to eat and where to visit in the Chatham area and Cape Cod generally. The room was spotlessly clean, well maintained and provided microwave and drink making facilities. Very comfy bed and the furnishings looked new and well cared for. Set in from the road, so no traffic noise but walls are thin so you can hear people talking in the next room. Assigned parking spot right across the driveway from each room is nice - no engines starting up immediately outside your window. Extremely clean. Room is quite spacious. The motel was fairly ordinary.. The good part was it was fairly quiet though the walls were a bit thin. The decor was dated...it was a bit out of the main area so a short drive to the town. No coffee making facilities but there was a fridge. Would try somewhere else before returning.

My husband, 21 months old and I stayed here for 3 nights in September. This is not your typical motel: it's a home away from home. For a family traveling with young children, this place couldn't have been more perfect: wide spacious grounds to run around that was safely set away from the main road, a swing set, a fridge to store milk, leftovers, fruit. […] The room itself was immaculately clean, and the house keeping staff kindly provided us with plenty of extra towels for our beach outings. Everyone we encountered was warm, gracious, pleasant and very helpful. The location was perfect, just 1.5 miles away from the center of town but walking distance to several good restaurants. We loved this place so much and can't recommend it enough. For the pride, you can't find a more economical or comfortable alternative. Les mer

For the price I'm paying, I just think the motel is okay. It's old and moldy. Rooms are small. It's just a really run down place.

a nice place - the staff did their best to accommodate us when there were things that needed to be corrected. The one problem was that our room was at the farthest end of the property and we were unable to access the wireless internet.

Clean, no musty smell, refrig a big plus, wi fi, cable tv, clean pool, friendly staff, good location - close to a very nice beach. A lot for the money. Would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at The Chatham Motel. Our room was clean, the pool was in great shape, and there was a central "yard" with a small swing set for kids. There was morning coffee in the office, perfect for sipping and reading the paper on our little patio. Would definitely stay there again.

Toilet seat ready to fall off toilet. Bathroom door squeaks loudly can't use at night without waking wife up.

Very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. Would recommend to anyone. It's not a resort but an exceptionally clean, comfortable motel.(one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in) Only thing was older TV. Very pleasant location-quiet, tree lined grounds. Would definitely stay they again.

We have been taveling to the Cape for the past few years and this year was the best because of the Chatham Motel. It was clean, affordable and located just minutes for the center of Chatham.

We were very satisfied with this hotel & its location. We appreciated having a refrigerator in our room & AC. The room was large enough to sleep 4 comfortably & it was clean & well maintained. Our only complaint was that the pillows were very hard & uncomfortable.

Office staff very nice, friendly and professional. Made us feel welcome. Coffee was ready in the office in the morning. The room smelled a little musty, so I rated the hotel condition as "3." Location was convienient, short driving distance to the beach and downtown for shoppping and restaurants.

Hotel was ok. Lots of lightbulbs and fixtures didn't work. Its ok if you just need a room for the night. Wouldn't do an extended stay here though.

The Chatham Motel was a nice place to stay. It was just over one mile from downtown Chatham so the location was very convenient without the downtown prices of staying in Chatham. It is very quiet, even with the windows open, as it is set back from the street, busy Route 28. The grounds are clean and tidy with a nice sized pool.

The online photos don't do this motel justice. My husband & I usually stay at a luxury Cape resort but, with a tight budget this year, found Chatham Motel online & decided to try it since it had high ratings from guests. We were very happy with it, too. Highly professional, friendly staff. Very nice grounds with tall Cape pines, hydrangeas & potted […] flower arrangements. Room was nice, comfortable mattress, crisply laundered sheets. Bathroom looked newly renovated & spotless, thick luxury towels. Pool was immaculate - refreshing after the nearby beaches - we love Ridgevale Beach, Chatham. We'll be foregoing the almost doubly-priced resort & staying more often at Chatham Motel from now on. Beautiful area. The rooms have everything you need for a brief visit. The rooms are very clean and up to date. "Downtown" Chatham, the lighthouse and beach are about 10 minutes away. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. While not ideal for children they do have a pool and small playground.

Similar to other reviews, the room was neat and tidy, but decor was a bit outdated. The pool looked clean and refreshing although we didn't have time to use the facilities. Rooms are cosy, staff is friendly...only complaint is that the pillows were rock hard and extremely large. Called to ask if there were others and was told all the pillows were the same. Got a very bad sleep the first night as a result. Otherwise, a good experience and was worth the stay.

this motel was simple but very clean and more than adequate for sleeping and showering but not longing around the pool etc.... if you are going to sleep and shower its perfect!

Our room was clean, but there was a slight "old/musty"? smell when you first entered the room. The bed spread & drapes were a little outdated. The newly refurbished bathroom was lovely & immaculate. This would be a nice comfortable place for a family with younger children - a play area & swimming pool. The property is older, but well kept.

From the outside, this is a charming motel with lawns and even a small forest on the property. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were VERY clean and comfortable, though not particularly aesthetically pleasing, and pretty bare-bones (ie no closet or coffee maker). If wireless important to you, ask when you make you reservation since they […] did not actually have wireless available in the more distant rooms. There is no breakfast, and the coffee and tea they served in the lobby ran out (though they were making more coffee; tea by microwaving a small paper cup of water), and was served with coffeemate rather than milk.
