The building and especially the lobby are beautiful and the extras are many. Breakfast, afternoon meal and popcorn are all included. But in my book this does not qualify to hit the top marks. The hotel is huge and it is a un-personal machine. There are huge lines for every meal, and the meals are served on plastic plates. My room did not feel perfectly clean and the bed linen were old and should have been replaced. The location is great.

Historisk sus og følelse. Det som mangler på standard (kunne vært opp-pusset en del av rommene) finner du i hotellet forøvrig. Fantastisk flott restaurant og nydelige omgivelser forøvrig.

"GREAT HOTEL"
it was near seaworld which was great. the hotel was very clean and the check in was fast. I had no problems with my stay and enjoyed the pool and the free adult beverages.
NICE HOTEL. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE THIN WALLS. WE COULD HERE A LOT FROM ROOMS NEXT TO US. BESIDES THAT IT WAS GREAT
"Great place to stay...convenient but small"
The location and quality of hotel is awesome. For the price, great bargain. We got a room with 1 queen bed though and the room was VERY tiny. Pretty sure the very smallest room I have ever stayed at and no mini-fridge or microwave. I would stay again but definitely opt for a larger room with 2 beds. The hotel is very clean and the pool is AWESOME!
"Close to Sea World"
This hotel was very nice for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable and accommodated our needs for a weekend getaway to Sea World. Sea World was literally 7 minutes away. The only bad thing is the GPS took us far out of the way. Thanks to Enrique for giving us good directions. I would definitely stay again.
"Sound proofing"
My room was great, I wish the walls were sound proofed. It was not pleasant trying to sleep and my neighbors were having a little pizza party or something else was going on.

"Nice, but noisy"
The hotel room was fantastic! However, with the noise of kids running up and down the hall between parents and grandparents room was very annoying. Also, at 12:30 am, we were rudely awaken when someone attempted to get into our room - the hotel staff had given our room to the late-comers! Very scary, as it was just me and my 10-year-old son. When I […] mentioned this to the front desk staff the following morning, I was told it would be looked into...not sure if that ever happened, but it was still a reasonably priced, and clean facility. Brand new facility...very clean and modern. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Decent continental breakfast in lobby. Rooms very comfortable, but a bit noisy...could hear people upstairs talking, doors being shut, etc. Also, for the price of the room, I was surprised there was no small refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. "our weekend in san antonio"
the seaworld/lackland location was easy to get to and from , once we located it - the address was incorrect on the map quest web site. . the hotel is brand new and the staff is very very helpful and friendly. the lobby needs a clock on the wall. the outdoor pool needed to be vacuumed. the jacuzzi next to the pool was hot and clean. the continental breakfast […] was excellent and there is a wine/beer happy hour in the lobby every night. our room was rather small . all the lights were recessed overhead and not comfortable - there were no table lamps. the house keeping staff did a fine job cleaning our room and making the bed every day. there is a complimentary shuttle service to and from the lackland afb training center where we went to attend the basic training graduation.0verall our stay there was pleasurable and i would reccomend it. Stayed at Microtel (Lackland AFB) Jan 11 thru 15th. Check in was a breeze with Eloy. Eloy quickly registered and answered my questions about time and distance to Lackland AFB because my son was graduating from basic. Our room was a suite on the second floor which was clean and very comfortable. the bed and pillows were to my wife and my liking. The […] next morning I went downstairs for breakfast. 3 different cereals are provided as well as toast bagels and waffles you prepare on waffle irons. Juices, coffee and milk are available as is yogurt. Brenda was also a joy to deal with as she also had good tips as were to eat and visit. This hotel is 10 min. from the base and about 20 min. from the River walk in downtown San Ant.. I highly recommend this hotel. The price was very reasonable for the room I stayed in and the service from the employees was outstanding. I will defenitely stay here again. Les mer
