Hotellrom i bakgården til hotellet. Grei standard, ingen støy. Frokost var OK. Rommet vendte inn mot midten av hotellet og hadde ikke vinduer ut mot frisk luft, derfor lavere score på denne selv om det fungerte greit for en natt. Hyggelig betjening, men de sendte meg til en Van Gogh utstilling som bare var kopier av de virkelige bildene. Tror/håper […] det var en feil og ikke bevist. Uansett noe å passe på for andre så dere ikke ender opp med å ser på kopier i byen der originalene henger. Les mer

Hotellet har en god beliggenhet, men middelmådig service. Vinduene på soverommet kunne ikke åpnes, og air condition anlegget fungerte ikke. Det ble dermed svært varmt på rommet.

Hotel is very clean. No elevator. They have a coffee machine in the lobby which is nice. We didnt get the breakfast plan but might next time. Rooms were fine. Beds very comfy. Only improvement I would suggest is having a way for guests to get ice. One morning we decided to walk to the store and buy a bottle of wine. There was no way to chill it! So […] the bottle went to waste. We asked if there was a way to do it but no go. Overall, not bad. Les mer

This was a good, unpretentious and recently fitted out hotel: it was clean, comfortable, well located and even the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I would happily stay here again.

Staff at desk friendly and helpful. Problems: we wanted to open a window but they are locked by key. Only the housekeeping staff have a key and they leave at 4 pm. Cool air outside but stuffy in the room. We found a piece of dried feces in the bathroom behind the door --- maybe from a pet as the hotel allows pets. We think the cleaner came in and did […] not even look behind the door. Bath is small so this is possible. We reported it to the front desk. Very marginal breakfast so we did not use. Les mer

Great location in Amsterdam - very easy to get to and from Schipol Airport (Bus 197), city centre and RAI (tram 12). Room very clean, spacious and in good condition. Nice bathroom. Beds on the soft side. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

I'll stay here next time when I'll be around. Downtown, Red-light district is walking distance. Nice clean room. We stayed in room 107 that is located at the back of the building thus you needed to walk thru a labyrinth feel of pathway.

Upon arrival to the room, although it was a 3* it felt like a 5*. Very clean and very nicely presented. Bathroom is spacious and very well equiped with towels, soaps and bits. The room was made up ever second day and they did a very good job of it considering we were a very messy bunch. Everyone is very much left to their own devices and we were never […] told off by reception for coming back at 4am in the morning. Breakfast is optional but we decided not to take them up on the offer. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 min ride to the center of amsterdam. Plenty of food outlets around so very conveniently placed. All in all, i cant recommend this hotel further and we will definitely be going back next year. Les mer

A recently refurbished hotel, on the edge of Amsterdams main squares. Clean, tidy, well presented and within walking distance of main attractions. Great receptionist with plenty of local knowledge and useful travel info

Staff really nasty and not hospitable! We arrived 20 minutes prior to check in and they wouldn't let us check into our room, which was ready Parking NOT available for overnight. You really have to park outside the city then take a bus in.

Very nice hotel in a great location. It ticks all checkmarks on value for money - only 30 minutes walk from central station, 5 minute walk from the "central" Leidsplein, 15-20 minute walk to all museums and touristy things. This is a relatively new hotel but I think it will do well in the future. The room was very large (with very high ceilings), the bathroom was very nice and large with a large shower (rare for Europe) with a glass shower door (no showering in the middle of the bathroom). The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, whether […] it was fixing our room keys which didn't work or giving us directions to a tourist site. The location is a little out of the city center but walking distance to anywhere. Tram to Amsterdam Centraal picks up right outside. The only things I didn't like: hairs on the (clean?) towels in the bathroom, only provided with 2 small towels and 2 hand towels (no towel to go on the floor to soak up water and no wash cloths), only gave one pillow each bed, the TV had fuzzy reception on all the channels, and they have no elevator and steep stairs so lugging your suitcase up is a challenge. All in all, though, I would very highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again! Les mer

My boyfriend and I stayed here during a backpacking trip in August 2012. This was one of our favourite hotels of the trip! Staff are friendly and accommodating (gave us a late check out at no charge). Rooms are huge and clean! Very comfortable beds and bathrooms are very clean and large with great amenities. Located right next to Vondel Park and Remembrantplien […] - couldn't ask for a better surrounding neighbourhood! I have been to Amsterdam 3 times and this is my favourite accommodations yet - I will be back again! Overall, would highly recommend this hotel! Les mer

Went on trip advisor and saw some quite bad ratings but we thought it was great. Receptionists were all helpful none of them were rude at all. Broadband worked perfectly in our room and all three of us each had a comfy bed 5 minutes from great bars and 35 mins walk from the train station so ok location. The only downside was the room was designed by […] a man so the mirrors and the lights were not perfectly positioned for doing our make up. Overall loved it! Les mer

The only good thing abt this hotel is its convenient location. Nothing else is worth a praise:1. We had booked a double room only to to find ourselves in a room with 2 single beds. Spoke to reception staff to be told that there are no rooms with a double bed in the hotel!!.2. Though the A/C was functional( atleast according to hotel staff) , the room […] was extremely warm. Other guests we met at Breakfast also had the same experience. Staff claimed that there was nothing wrong with the A/C.3. The quality of breakfast was extremely poor. Disaster!!! Just run! Away from this hell of an improvisation. Air conditioner did not work at all. At the same time windows could not be opened at all (fully fixed). The result: the worst 3 nights in my life!!! The temperature in the room during the night even was higher then 40 degrees Celsius. No air at all in the room which was hermetically closed. […] The only good point is the location and the night shift employees who are totally powerless to help. This hotel is just 500 m from Leidseplein, with a large variety of bars & restaurants. The staffs were very helpful and nice, they even print my flight-check-in online for free. The room is large enough (15-m-square) and very clean. For the indonesian, across overtoom (in-fron-of the hotel) there is an Indonesia restaurant (Kartika) with a very delicious […] food. Les mer

The hotel is in a nice area, fine for walking. The free wifi does not extend past the 2nd floor, however, and we were on the 4th floor...so I sat on the stairs two flights down when I had to use the internet. They were doing extensive renovations while we were there, and the steep stairs and bannisters were covered with plastic and dangerously slippery, […] but they refused to move our room or allow us to uncover the stairs/bannister. The TV was not hooked up (not important to us, but might be to someone else). In addition, our room had a brightly lit exit sign right over the door which kept half the room lit up all the time, difficult for sleeping. We wound up putting two mattresses on the bathroom floor to have the room dark enough to sleep in. I wasn't thrilled with the hotel staff, they never seemed to have time to answer questions. There was nearby parking, but extremely expensive. Our room was quiet and very clean, the beds were brand new, and the bathroom was great. Les mer

Fräscht hotell. Nyrenoverat och fräscht badrum. bäddat och nya handdukar varje dag, dock ingen städning under dom tre dagar vi var där. Lite väl mjuka sängar för vår smak. Hjälpsam och trevlig recepcionist. Ganska lyhört. Lugna kvarter och nära till leidseplein. Överlag mycket nöjda med hotellet och Amsterdam. Missa in poffertjes!

Vi bodde jättefint i ett rum som låg i en byggnad på en innergård. Det var tyst på rummet och sängarna var bekväma. Det var ett nyrenoverat hotell så allt på rummet kändes fräscht. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra. Vi hade en balkong men tyvärr fick vi inte nyckeln till den. Servicen i receptionen var utmärkt och mycket hjälpsam. Frukost och städservice […] var inte så bra. Saker som bröd och pålägg tog snabbt slut och det fylldes inte på tillräckligt fort. Städservicen var sen. Vi vilade på rummet vid 16 en eftermiddag och då knackade det på. När jag då sa att vi skulle gå om ett par minuter så slängde städerskan handukarna i golvet, suckade högt och stormade iväg. Det var inte särskilt trevligt. På det hela taget är jag dock väldigt nöjd med vår vistelse på hotellet och kommer gärna tillbaka. Les mer

Inga hissar konstigt i ett nybyggt hotell. Ingen möjlighet att öppna fönster i rummet för att få in frisk luft. Ett luftkonditioneringsaggregat förväntas klara detta.Minst sagt unken luft på morgonen . Andra rum var kanske annorlunda. God standard. Fin og venlig service. Alt tip top i orden. Nærliggende supermarkeder og spisesteder.Fin beliggenhed i forhold til Vondelpark, Museerne og Concertgebau. Overkommelig gåafstand til resten af bycentrum. En vidunderlig by med kanaler, grønne træer, cafeer, gadeliv og venlige, hjælpsomme indbyggere.Alt er fredeligt og rent.

Propre, bien placé, ménage efficace (vous partez moins d'une heure, et la chambre est faite lorsque vous revenez). Par contre il n'y a pas le choix entre plusieurs types d'oreiller, et les parties communes sont froides, peu décorée et le couloir principal tombe en ruine.

Väldigt bra läge - nära Leidseplein, Museumplein, Vondelpark och gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter staden har att erbjuda. Mycket trevlig & hjälpsam personal, rummet är enkelt men har alla bekvämligheter. Bra värde för pengarna.

First we got room at ground floor and it was really cold (it is winter time). After a talk with the manager we got new room witch was excellent. The hotel was clean and quiet and in good condition. We would recommend this hotel as the location is great and the rate is fair.
