Et fantastisk hotell og dertil bra service! Ikke alle prater like bra engelsk uten at dette er problematisk. Veldig bra frokost! Du kommer til å synes beliggenheten er meget bra eller meget dårlig. Bra hotell ,kjempe fine rom ,super utsikt ,alt er strøkent rent og pent hele tiden, fin strand men litt dårlig å bade der pga. tidevann. De ansatte der burde kanskje bli bedre i engelsk.

Hotel is beautiful. Western food at hotel is wonderful and the local thai cafe across street is fabulous and cheap. We had a bit of trouble scheduling things through the hotel. - a taxi trip that the hotel said would be 400 thai - as we got into the taxi - they said that that hotel told them a different location so therefore the fee is actually 600 […] and not 400 (about 8 US Dollars - but the increase in fee was constant )- we had no idea what the hotel told the driver as their conversation was in thai. The hotel is not close to tourist locations - so you do need to travel by taxi. In addition, we booked a private fishing trip through the hotel - and paid 5000 thai more than booking it ourselves online - we were told the excess fee (about 250 US Dollars) was for an English speaking crew - which it wasn't. In addition we were told that all fees and tipping was included- but the crew demanded tips (we tipped 400 thai/17 USD). So while the tipping and change in fees were modest - this attitude was prevalent with both hotel preferred vendors and random vendors. The hotel does have a shuttle bus to select tourist destinations - the fee for the bus is per person charge and as a family can exceed a taxi. We spent a week at Crown Plaza and we loved it. I suggest to all families. Although hotel was fully booked, beach, restaurants and pools were not crowded. It has a private beach, 2 big pools, spa center and 2 great restaurants. It's far from Kata and Patong but if you rent a car with driver, it takes 45 minutes to go to these locations.

Beautiful hotel, and grounds. Made us feel like we really were in paradise. Very well maintained hotel. The sea was not clear as with other beaches on the island but the hotel pools and amazing views made up for it. All the staff were excellent and so polite. Would definatley return.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The location was nice and quite. The pool was not as clean as it should be. Not many activities at the hotel, especially at night. Staff were mostly polite but a bit inexperienced. Food was mainly good but in room menu limited especially for kids. Overall experience ok but if looking for 5 star hotel this is not it.

Lovely hotel on a less than spectacular beach that is OK for walking and exploring the interesting tidal flats but not so good for swimming. Lovely pools help to make up for a none swimming beach. Morning buffet breakfasst is very good and restaurants serve very nice food. The AC in our room only operated on high fan speed but it could cool the room […] well. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony and the rising of the full moon was stunning too when framed by the palm trees. Les mer

The property is fantastic, but it's in the middle of nowhere. Be prepared to take lengthy and expensive cab rides everywhere. Its a new property, so it was pretty empty, which made for great relaxation.

I asked for airport pick up 2 days in adv because my flight arrived at 3am and they forgot to come .... Otherwise the stay was pleasant even if you can t really swim in the sea

The hotel is not close to any of the other areas of interest. Every thing is at least one hours drive. The food is ok nothing to get excited about and good luck finding a waiter by the pool, as I never saw one. Also ask about the high and low tide, during our stay low tide was during most of the day time and we got a beautiful view of the mud flats […] . Les mer

Actually atomosphere is very good but staff quality is not high level unfortunately. We can say room is fine but depends on price. If we pay same price, we will expect more good quality room even smaller than we stayed.

Very nice hotel. Clean, good service, friendly staff. Location might be a little far from main touristy places but you can always catch a taxi to go those areas. Food at the hotel restaurant was average for the price. Overall very nice hotel. I would like to come back again.

But the hotel is NOT close to Patong beach contrary to the description on their web site and the description on Expedia. It is 30 min drive away AND at exhorbitant taxi prices because a local mafia control the few taxi in front of the hotel who refuse to use meter and ask 700 Baht for a 10 km ride !!!!

Right in front of the beach. The beach is now the most beautiful in Phuket though. 30-40 min drive to Patong beach, where the night happens, but there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel. Wonderful breakfast and amazing spa. If you wish to party, this is not your hotel. If you wish to enjoy the beach, rest and relax, this is your place.

Excellent hotel. Quiet setting with a view second to none. The hotel is amazing, especially the bar areas, the pool and the foyer area. I cannot praise this hotel enough except to say that our children have told us we must go back again next year ( and we will ). Also, importantly to us the staff who help organize trips/outings are brilliant. They made […] our holiday perfect. Meal costs are fair - about $60 AUD for dinner. The food is brilliant and the Thai option is the way to go. The hotel is not the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach which is why we enjoyed ourselves so much. After a bit of researching, my partner and I decided on this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and we were not disappointed. The buffet breakfast were good - loved the selection of tropical fruits. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The price is a bit expensive compared to other hotels in Phuket and far away from the busy town centre - but it's so […] worth it. The hotel arranged our tours, making reservations at other restaurants outside the hotel on our requests, our airport transfers (1100B one way) in a private car. Les mer

The staff were very welcoming and endevoured to meet our requirements. The beach, pools, and all outdoor areas were kept clean at all times. The views from our room were fantastic and breath taking. The food in the restaurants and breakfast were very satisfying and delicious. The only upsetting thing about our experience at the hotel was actually leaving […] to come home. Some of the staff almost felt like family and our room was more than comfortable, peaceful and inviting. Would definately return to this hotel. Les mer

酒店位置挺偏，但是很适合纯粹式度假，有自己的海滩，户外泳池大海连在一起，景色极美，不用出酒店，就可以完成你的愉快假期，酒店有健身中心，每天从早上8点起，就安排了各式运动课程，还有免费皮划艇划船出海，酒店的马路对面有家小餐馆，饭菜做的挺适合中国人口味，而且价格比酒店便宜很多，挺划算的，酒店每天有三班shuttlebus往返于普吉各主要景点和shoppingmall，每人收100thb，比较划算的，在泰国旅游业比较成熟，如果你想去pp岛之类的，都可以在当地报当地的旅游团，都会负责去酒店接送的。

酒店的景观很不错，美丽的海湾。最让我们欣喜的是可以在涨潮的时候借到独木舟，可以在海上划船真是很独特的感觉。不好的地方是感觉酒店有些简陋，虽说设备也算是五星级标准，但总感觉缺少什么。旅行团比较多。

今回は家族4人で6泊しました。ベーシックなスタジオタイプの部屋でしたが、狭さを感じることはありませんでした。ホテルのサービスには不満がありませんでした。繁華街からは距離がありますので、外出にはタクシーが必要ですが、すぐ外で格安のタクシー業者が常に待機しているので、まったく問題なし。中国の春節の時期にも関わらず日中のホテル内は非常に静か。子供たちも十分にプールで遊ぶことができました。ショッピングやナイトライフなどについては、残念ながら不向きなホテルです。

The first night we found no slippers and tooth brush packages in the room and we told the service and she said we would have it in minutes. 30 minutes later we called again, the answer was because there was only one housekeeping staff working then, we had to wait and she didn't know when we could get those things. 60 minutes later we called again, the […] answer was the same and she still didn't know when we could get those things!The second night they still didn't replenish the tooth brush package, we had to use the half tube of the tooth paste left from the last day... 早餐不太好。周围吃饭不太方便，海滩水不够，有点沼泽感，可能是季节的缘故。但非常的宁静，适合放松、休闲。酒店的泳池还不错。

It's a wonderful , elegant hotel for leisure. My family arrived in a hot afternoon. A young, nice and helpful Japanese staff entertained us. Other than the silent environment ( no shopping or eating place nearby), it is a godd place to spend the holiday for a family with young children. Since it is a grand new hotel, some room utensils are not ready […] (tooth brush , comb, slippers were not available ) in the room. Howerver, the seaview plus poolview made me forget everything. The t food of the Mosiac (resturant) was excellent. My liitle boy enjoyed kakaying on the shallow sea very much. Les mer

Das Hotel ist erst dieses Jahr eröffnet worden und alles in Neuzustand. Das Hotel wurde scheinbar vor eine alte Siedlung gebaut, die man hinter einer Mauer hinter dem sehr langgezogenen Hotelkomplex noch sehen kann. Den Hotelbetrieb beeinflusst das nicht. Von der Rezeption zum Zimmer können es durch diese Bauart aber durchaus mal 200 m sein. Der Stand […] ist traumhaft, allerdings mit kleinen Abstrichen: In der Bucht liegen viele Schiffe, auch etwas größere und rechts befindet sich eine alte Werft oder so. Das stört das schöne Bild schon etwas. Ferner ist ab Mittags Ebbe und man läuft ewig, bis man noch Wasser an die Knöchel bekommt. Kajak (3-er) mieten kostenlos! Die Pools zwar nur 120 cm tief, aber trotzdem ein Traum, riesengroß, Süßwasser und erstklassiger Service. Links und rechts Bars, die den Tag über alles haben, was man braucht. Liegen, Strandmuscheln, kostenlose Handtücher und Platz ohne Ende. Frühstück ist ebenfalls auf 5-Sterne-Niveau. Die Anlage ist sehr modern und toll gestaltet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Nicht so gut ist die Lage in Panwa Beach. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten viel unternehmen, ohne muss man die Taxis nehmen (gegenüber vom Hotel). Nach Phuket ca. 10 Min. nach Patong schon eher eine gute halbe Stunde. Bis Buddha, Schmetterlingsfarm und Aquarium ist auch nicht weit. Das Hotel bietet aber auch Touren überall hin an. Es gibt ein-zwei Zimmer (und wir hatten eines davon), deren Meerblick endet in den Palmen, siehe Foto, die anderen aber OK. Les mer
