Very very nice hotel, it's central, fresh and with a friendly staff who really knows how to make you feel welcomed! Been there two times, and this is now my favorite hotel! :) will definately come back and come back again. And Brussels is the pearl of Europe, with the precious jewel Pillows.

Meget bra nytt hotell, der rommet virket nesten ubrukt. Stilig og moderne innreding. Vennlig hjelpsomt personale. Parkeringshus med vakt i nærheten. Kort vei å gå til Grand Place og andre severdigheter. Lav pris et pluss. Lite støy fra omgivelser.

Vi hadde totalt sett et fint opphokd ved hotellet. Myk og god seng, og den beste dyna og puta jeg har ligget i på et hotell. Det var gangavstand til mange severdigheter og restauranter, et stykke å gå til shopping. Praktisk med kjøleskap/ (minibar) på rommet, savnet vannkoker på rommet, men man kunne få vann i resepsjonon. Imørekommenheten var god, […] men resepjonisten sendte oss i taxi til en restaurant som var stengt (de fleste er det søndag kveld oppdaget vi) og en annen resepsjonist glemte å bestille taxi så vi ikke kom tidsnok til en viktig timeavtale. Fikk skriftlig bekreftelse fra Hotels.com at byskatt var inkludert, noe hotellet sa det ikke var og jeg måtte betale for den. Hotellet er nytt og i god stand, og de gode sengene gjorde totalopplevelsen. Les mer

We had a Great stay at the Sandton Pillows Hotel, Brussels. Arrived at the Midi station and walked ten minutes up Stalingraat to the hotel. (found out on 2nd day that there was a subway/tube station behind hotel,Some grubby stores and characters. Near the Hotel things appear to be a little classier. The Hotel is very clean, not flashy, above standard. […] The Hotel staff were exceptional, nothing was too much for them to do to make our stay a pleasant one. We were given a beer and a glass of wine on arrival. Drinks were on the house between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. The room was bigger than expected, very clean, a desk and corner table with two lounge chairs. Furniture was classy and in good repair. Overall a nice room. Breakfast in the morning was better than the average hotel a good supply of healthy fruits, yogourts, muffins. The scrambled eggs at this hotel actually tasted good!! Thats hard to find. Upon request eggs weree made as per request. What I thought at first to be potatoes was actually FISH pieces.... And DELICIOUS......... On the day of leaving we were able to leave our lugage behind until time to pick it up to catch our train, enabling us to spend more time checking out the City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers looking for a nice two or three day break in Brussels. NOTE! When in Brussels try the Hop On Hop Off bus to get to know the City. Brussels has some nice places but a few grubby places. Not the cleanest. Les mer

This hotel was great: modern furnishings, large rooms, and a pretty good location...I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the Grand Palace and a 10-15 minute walk from the Midi train station. The only downside was spotty wifi service in the room but I was able to connect just fine in the lobby.

Pillows is a great place to stay. The rooms are lovely, the location couldn't be better for the price, the linens and room amenities are attractive and well designed. The daily breakfast (extra) is worth it. Just eat a lot and skip lunch if you are trying to save money. The only complaints: no parking, except for an expensive garage two blocks away […] (just suck it up and use it) and the free wifi coverage was spotty and unpredictable. The front desk person claimed theyere was a problem on our floor. But we've had wifi problems recurrently throughout our northern Europe road trip. Perhaps its the "value" hotels we're going to, or perhaps the hospitality industry just doesn't yet understand how much we Americans are dependent on our wired devices. Les mer

Despite a few minor annoyances (the hallways are often dark because the motion sensors don't respond!) this is a solidly comfortable hotel with some originality. The staff are all very courteous and well spoken in English. The front desk could be better designed for visitors with luggage, but the great breakfast (mine was included in the hotels.com […] rate I got) was a big plus. The rooms have some personality, though I wish I'd known they aren't all pretty purple flowers like the photos. Some are designed with a more dreary grey or gold motif. Its easy to find and make a home base here while walking around Brussels. Les mer

The room had very inadequate lighting, it felt like being in a mushroom barn. The thermostat did nothing to affect the room temperature (cold). There was no toilet paper roll holder, the towel bars were falling off the walls and the lavatory faucet was almost falling off. The desk was tiny, the plugs and light on the desk did not work. This hotel is new and it shows. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and had large comfortable beds. We stayed here on vacation, seeing Brussels and Brugge. It's a short walk to get around the city and the hotel is by far the nicest that we stayed in traveling to BE & FR. Highly recommended. I enjoyed my stay, air conditioning was a bit anoying and I think they may have some plumbing difficulties as there was a strong sewerage smell in our room. Otherwise stylish hotel, good decor and fantastic service. No kettles in rooms though.

Hotel and room are modern and clean. Not so keen on modern art work displayed on walls. Very convenient position for Eurostar station(10 mins walk) and for Grand Place (10 mins walk). Staff helpful and obliging. Breakfast is fine for cold items- cereals,bread,croissants etc. but hot food is not very appetising- bacon not crispy and scrambled egg is […] very bland. The hotel is almost luxurious, and certainly a bargain! It is extremely handy, being only a 10 minute walk from Bruxelles-Midi, and also from the Grand Place and the main sights. Highly recommended!

The bed was so comfortable and the hotel had everything we needed. The breakfast was nice and, though may not have had the best choice ever, was perfectly adequate and worth having. They did have a small issue with our booking in that they didn't think breakfast was included but this was easily resolved. Lovely new hotel which has great individually decorated rooms. Bar and restaurant areas very comfortable and could not fault the service. Reasonably priced room for the night. would stay again for sure.

Recomendo o hotel. Embora não fique no centro das atracões, fica a 2 quadras do metro e 400 metros do manekin pis e centro historio, facilmente alcançável com uma curta caminhada.

Hôtel récent. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Jolie chambre (salle d'eau très petite) meublée contemporain de qualité. Excellente literie. Petit déjeuner buffet avec un grand choix et personnel aux petits soins. Une adresse à recommander pour un séjour au calme à Bruxelles, à dix minutes à pied de la gare et de la Grand Place.

καινούργιο ξενοδοχείο με άριστο πρωινό. πολύ βολική η θέση του ανάμεσα στον σταθμό midi και την gran place. ανοργάνωτο το managment (δεν αλλάζανε τα shampoo όπως επίσης στην τουαλέτα δεν υπήρχε σκουπάκι! τους το ανέφερα και παρ΄όλα αυτά η αντίδρασή τους ήταν αδιάφορη... Il Pillows è un hotel nuovissimo ed in perfette condizioni , le stanze sono confortevoli , silenziose ed abbastanza ampie con tutti i confort. Io ho usufruito di un offerta con il Club Lounge incluso per cui potevo usufruire dei servizi bar senza pagare aggiunte compreso il minibar . La colazione è varia ( dolce /salato) ,di ottima qualità e viene servita […] in un ambiente molto carino. La gestione è affidata a ragazzi molto giovani e molto disponibili ( alcuni in particolar modo ) per cui risulta gradevole. La posizione è ottimale anche se la zona complessivamente non è bellissima : è comunque vicno a piedi alla Grand Place ed altri punti di interesse. Consigliatissimo Les mer

Dommage que la salle de bain soit si petite, pas vraiment digne d'un 4 étoiles. Le paumeau de douche était plein de calcaire. Nous avions une chambre "deluxe" je n'ai pas vu la difference avec une chambre standard. Grace a l'offre nous avons eu la chambre a un prix raisonnable mais au tarif fort, ca ne vaut pas le coups.

Sehr nett gestaltetes, neues Hotel mit sehr guten Betten und schönen Bädern. Alles sehr komfortabel. Stil: Laura Ashley aber modern - sehr schick und auch ungewöhnlich. Die Gegend ist nur 10 Min Fusslauf vom Grande Place entfernt, einige Taxifahrer sagten es sei keine sichere Gegend, aber ich bin Abends alleine spazierengegangen und hatte ein sicheres […] Gefühl. Kann ich absolut empfehlen, WiFi im ganzen Haus und funktioniert bestens. Frühstück ganz o.k. Les mer

Hotellet är nytt, snyggt och härlig inredning. Bra frukost men lite snäppet under nivån på hotellet i övrigt. Fr flygplatsen åkte jag till station Schuman, sen 5 stationer till Brouckiere, därefter 2 stationer tvärbana. Gick snabbt och smidigt.

Wir sind für zwei Nächte während einer Messe in dem Hotel untergekommen. Neben moderner und ansprechender Einrichtung überzeugten Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Komfort uns in Gänze. Wir sind beide Abende zu Fuß in der wirklich nahgelegenen Innenstadt zum Essen gegangen, was nur zu empfehlen ist. Nur weiter so!

Bien situé pour qui arrive en voiture , des places de stationnement à proximité permettent d'oublier un peu la voiture contrairement à d'autres hotels situés plus dans l'hyper centre. L'hôtel est neuf , c'est très propre , la literie confortable , la chambre agréable sans toutefois avoir quelque chose de spéciale.

De kamer was niet zo groot, maar zag er wel mooi uit. Boxspring bed met topmatras, zwarte zachte vloerbedeking en minibar en gratis water. Badkamer (helaas zonder bad) zag er nieuw en netjes uit. Minpuntjes waren dat er een lamp in de kamer kapot was, dat de wasbak niet goed doorliep en dat de inloopdouche zorgde voor een natte badkamer- en toiletvloer. […] Voor een viersterrenhotel vond ik het ontbijt matig. Er was beperkt wit brood, geen zalm, fruitsalade die wat zuur was. Maar misschien waren we wat verwend in Hotel Reylof in Gent de nacht ervoor. De receptie was hier ook wat minder vriendelijk. Al met al is dit een hotel waar je prima één of twee nachten kunt verblijven. Les mer

Hotel magnifique, extrêmement bien situé à 10 min de la Grand Place. L'hotêl est flambant neuf, les chambres sont superbes, et le personnel accueillant et sympathique. 10/10 pour moi!
