THe receptionists were extremely helpful for weary travelers passing through. A wonderful place to stay if you need a clean, bright room with warm surroundings. THe breakfast is great, too!

I initially got the room from Hotels.com and paid for a King Suite. I signed my papers for the room when we got there and got my reciept still saying King Suite. I asked her how to get to my room, she replied parking is just on the other side so it will be easier to get to my room. When I checked in I went to my room to see that it was a Twin Queen […] Room. The cashiers last name was Price, I returned to the Front Desk to inform her my room is wrong. She replied I already told you the suite isnt available. I told her no you haven't, I asked her if she had any King Beds available, she replied she didn't. I left back to my room where my boyfriend just said we'll make the best of it. I came from out of town to relax from my busy job as an officer and that just threw off my day to the point where it was stressful and just wanted to sleep and not enjoy my day there. We came in late and couldn't make the refund time, so I didn't have the option of changing my hotel. Me and my boyfriend travel a lot on my days off and we always try out a new hotel to see how it is because we enjoy the experience of being somewhere different. I will not be returning to this hotel. It was a great hotel close to mall and restaurants and very close to the skate rink that we were in town for my daughter's performance. Staff very kind. We ended up staying an additional night because Minot got hit with a foot of snow. They were very accommodating. Nice hot/cold breakfast in the morning.

The staff was quite friendly and the room was clean overall even though the carpet didn't seem that clean. There seemed to be something in the air or furnishings that bothered my son who has some allergy issues but we were only there for one night and we would recommend the hotel to others.

Hotel is pretty new. Everything in it is in great shape. Housekeeping staff was awesome. There was a blizzard while my family stayed for the weekend. People were tracking dirty snow ever direction but the housekeeping crew kept the common areas very clean. I will stay again.

Friendly, helpful and very nice experience. It stormed while we were there, so happy to have the free internet in the room, and in the business office at the desk.

After leaving our previous destination a day early; I found this hotel at 7PM and checkin 2 hours later. The hotel is located on the west edge of town and was easy to find, It's close to the mall and the highway. Check-in was quick and easy with no problems. There was plenty of parking in a lighted parking lot as well. The hotel is fairly new and the […] room looked brand new still; and clean. It had a nice big desk and dresser. The beds were comfortable and everyone had a good nights rest. They have continental breakfast as well with hot eggs, sausage, and french toast. They also had make your own waffles and the muffins, toast and cereal bar as well. It was a very good selection. No problems with this hotel and would stay again. Les mer

Can not say enough nice things about this hotel, so clean and beautiful. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was large and the bedding was lovely. The only thing that was a downfall was the service at breakfast, a lot of items were empty and took a long time to replenish. Front desk staff was SUPER friendly. There was only one person working the front desk. She was very busy and did the best she could but check in wasn't smooth. We requested a crib, several times, and never did get one. The lady working the front desk was working the breakfast room the next morning and said she looked for one but only found a crib without a mattress which seems a bit odd. […] Our room was nice, however not well cleaned. We found a gummie candy (which did not belong to our son), a small ball and a pen lid on the floor. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I'm assuming they're still working kinks out seeing as it's a newer hotel. We would probably stay again if the price was right. Les mer

The rooms were great but this hotel is not as close to the airport as they say it I'd but still with in twenty minutes or so .

We were very disturbed by the ruckus that occurred in the room above us on both nights of our stay. On our next visit we will stay on a top floor to avoid this and suggest that the booking people but teenagers on the lower floors.Otherwise we enjoyed the hotel, but the cleaning staff missed doing our room after our first night. Not impressed with the continental breakfast. Hot items were not pleasing. Would have liked more healthy cereal choices. Most cereal was sugar coated. There was no fat free yogurt. The hard boiled eggs were rubbery. The fruit in the fruit salad was bitter and tasteless.

New hotel upscale lobby and the front desk clerk was wonderful with my little girl when we checked in she showed her the pool and talked with her about the pool area at 6 years old she really liked that.

Everything about this experience was wonderful except for the two front desk clerks that checked us in and out. While checking it the lady argued on the phone with another motel that she use to work at about her missing mail. We stood there waiting for over 5 minutes. The staff was eager to greet you as you walked into the lobby. The lobby and breakfast area were so beautifully decorated and kept neat. The hotel main entrance and lobby had a home-feeling to it. Booked a double queen room. It was not QUEEN BEDS they were two double beds. Approached front desk after checking in showed my slip that stated I book a double queen room, asked girl at front desk if room 101 was a double queen room she stated it was, I proceeded to tell her there is two double beds int he room not two queen beds. She did not to seem […] to concerned about this so I asked her if the price was the same for a room with two double beds compared to to queen beds and her rude reply was yes of course. This is our first time staying at this hotel & my wife's first trip to Minot..The hotel was one of the best, if not the best we have stayed it..We really enjoyed the hot tub & swimming pool options..The breakfast was really good. This hotel is only one of the country inn and suites that we stayed at. It was the nicest because it was the newest. However it was a great hotel because of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and the pool area. We will only be staying at Country Inn And suites from now on Im sure.
