Overall, it's a nice B&B. It was frustrating as I drove in from Miami and arrived very late. I tried to call them on the drive down to let them know I... would be arriving very late but no answer. Even called Hotels.com who tried with no avail. When I arrived, there was an emergency number posted on a sign at the front door that I called. It was to a sister property who gave me the code to the front door. While my room was ready and my registration materials were on a table inside the front door, it would be nice if the owners would call their phone company and arrange for the phone at the one property to roll-over after hours to the sister property in cases such as these. That's a no-brainer. Parking is 3 blocks from property, so be aware! Also, the ladies at the front desk (during the day) are nice but if you are looking for gooey, yummy hello's - that's not here.
