The hotel manager was incredible, extremely accommodating on my arrival after a long haul flight. Probably the best stay I've had in Sydney (and I stay every month for work). The pool was the perfect oasis to recover over the weekend. Looking forward to my next stay here. The local bars and restaurants are all wonderful too, very lucky to have such an excellent wine and cheese bar & bakery connected to the building. Apartment was spacious and clean, perfectly set up.

Wow! This hotel is amazing, I stay in Sydney a lot on buissness and this is by far the best hotel. The room was huge and had a fully fitted kitchen which is so helpful when staying away. I also loved that it had a gym and stunning pool. The service was amazing. Lara really helped me out with some small favors with my room. Can’t recommend it enough.

The location is fantastic. Service is fine everytime we raised an issue then they fixed it. But cleaning was not ok and daily housekeeping was not doing the work properly, they only made the bed and nothing else. After one week we needed to request them to vacuum clean the carpet. The toilet stop working 3 times during our stay and when we turned on the owen et was so dirty that we had massive smoke all over and needed to stop it and open alle doors and windows. If they manage to fix the cleaning and housekeeping they have a great place.

Beautifully located in Surry Hills. If you’re looking for a quiet yet convenient place to stay, I highly recommend this area. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and included a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. One great bonus is that bills is located in the same building—you can even enjoy their dishes through room service. My family truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
