Was here for EDCO and for as packed as this hotel was during that time they never seemed to be short staffed or rude or anything like that. I had a few dumb questions that needed answering and the gals at the front desk were helpful and just plain nice. They greeted everyone that came in or out no matter what time of day or night. I know EDC has been in Orlando for a while but this hotel was probably run better than parts of the festival, they clearly have a good understanding of the assignment. Great job handling everyone! Also- breakfast was basic in terms of it being eggs/carbs/protein/etc but it was FRESH, like they were still putting out fresh pans of food in the last hour. Also the waffle bar constantly had a line, I never got to it but it was clearly popular.

Save your money find another hotel.
It was the worst hotel stay ever. We stayed 2 nights and had to move rooms three times maintenance and housekeeping never came address our situations. No AC, water leaking into the unit toilet overflowing, next room same issues. We waited 12 hours and no one ever came. After multiple attempts of going to the front desk in person. Every hour we went to complain.

The room is normal size and clean and tidy though the carpet is worn out a very small piece. Overall the room is in good condition. The location is good, just a few minutes walk to restaurants. If you take bus from the MCO, it is 42 bus and it around 1 hour. It’s close to ICON park (5 minutes drive) and in the middle of International Drive, 20 minutes drive to the two outlets and Florida Mall. The breakfast is with a lot of varieties: scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, potatoes dice, bread, bagels, small muffins and danishes and even coked oats. Cereal, juice and apples and bananas and oranges and yogurt. Of course, you can make your waffles with cream, butter and syrup and peanuts butter…..The staff is really quick to respond and refilling is very fast and they are polite and helpful. The staff in the counter and the cleaning staff is very friendly and efficient. To me, I give high marks for all the staff and the hotel.

The room didn’t get very cold. Was pretty humid. Didn’t like that it had carpet. Felt kinda dated. Overall it was fine for the two nights we were there. Water was hot and the whole place smelled great. Could have been worse. We will choose another hotel next time.

We had a great stay! Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. The hotel was quiet. Walking distance from many dining options. Breakfast was the highlight! They had everything from fruit, cereal, two waffle type options with chocolate chips and plenty of toppings, sausage, egg and potatoes. They also had peanut butter, bonus! Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. The only thing I must have missed when reading the comments and description, there is a $5/per day parking fee. Good value all around! We would stay here again.
