This hotel has many charming features which make it a little different from other hotels. That is to say the location, in the medieval part of town and the decor. Suits of armour mainly in the restaurant which is decorated to look like a medieval hall.
The room was fine though looking a little dated and worn with a tiny bathroom added into the room. For a four star hotel I expected a little more, for example, nicer towels, slippers/robe, toiletries.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the buffet was restocked regularly and plates etc cleared from tables quickly.
The bar was a little empty and only open until 11 but the staff were friendly.
Overall I would say this hotel is very good value for money and in a good location (about ten minutes walk to Charles Bridge).
