Check in a was unavailable until after 3pm as at least 20 rooms were reserved for late check out of a large Lufthansa crew. It appears the same thing happened the next day. Not the end of the word but if you get in early don’t expect a room to be available for you a little early. The staff was good, bag storage was a little chaotic but most staff were very helpful. The bed was fantastic, very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, not great. A good location close to Recoleta and dining. 2 great coffee shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

The whole experience was top notch … from the check in to the check out ! The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Security was evident in the lobby (professional) … the room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and good.
