The Hotel is very well located. The rooms are clear, modern and the service great. Personally, I have experienced some challenges with my reservation as it didn’t show on their system, however the staff, especially Silvia, was very professional in accommodating me and ensuring my experience was a positive one. I strongly recommend the Spa experience as well (my favourite one was the lemon pool). Kudos to the staff for making this place a great one

Excellent hotel, the bathtab in the room itself was a luxury. Excellent reception staff, always ready to help, very good welcome, ckean and quiet area. It's a 4 because there is no notice in the room about reception number to call, or timetable to dinner, breakfast... Public transport from the station needs improving on the timing between buses.
