Not professional enough
First, the positives: Nice and very clean rooms, good facilities in general, the staff that brought the luggage between the hotel buildings were service minded.
Then, the negatives: When we first arrived we were met by an utterly sour face at the reception. Having travelled extencively around the world, we can say for sure, this is just not the norm. Early during our seven night stay it became clear that I needed to have a business video conference on Skype during my stay at the hotel. Knowing that the hotel wifi was very slow I approached the reception only for advice. I asked where they recommended I had the conference on Skype. The receptionist told me I could actually have the conference in my room at the hotel, because they could direct extra wifi speed specifically to my computer. I accepted this solution. The day before the meeting it had not been fixed, but reception staff kept promising it would be. In the morning an hour before my meeting, wifi was still not good enough, and still the receptionist was full of promises. At the hour of my meeting I started the conference, but had to cancel it right away because the speed was to slow. If reception staff had not promised sufficient wifi speed in the first place, I would have had three days and plenty of time to find a different location in the city for my meeting. Instead it was ruined. I am fully aware this is not a business hotel. Still, one does expect more from a four star hotel.
