Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are a huge plus for this hotel, but the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, and the telly was not straight on the wall 🤔😂, but did not effect our overall enjoyment at this hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great holiday

Great return visit to Valentin Star Hotel. Lovely hotel with great staff. We had a pool view room which I would recommend. Breakfast was very good, we didn't have dinner preferring to try restaurants around the Marina. Really enjoyable week.

Clean, comfortable and attentive experience
We stayed for a week in August and enjoyed every minute of it: the room was large, clean, equipped with everything you might need; the staff was nice, thoughtful and always helpful; the food was good, diverse and waiters always careful of us. The pool and other facilities have been a good plus to the experience.

Every member of staff made you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they all had a smile. It's the little touches that make this hotel special - music playing in the bathroom, a fruit plate and bottle of water on arrival, a pillow menu, free snacks and cava handed out around the pool everyday. The food was excellent and the location perfect.

I wasn’t expecting the room to be big but it’s very spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and polite especially at the restaurant. They are always smiling and give the best they can to satisfy the guests. The location is perfect- very close to the beach and the shopping square. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evening- everyone is having fun dancing. I will definitely come back and will recommend it to everyone.

Decent breakfast buffet with plenty of options. All hotel personnel encountered were helpful and friendly. Self-parking lot is a pain to get to relative to the hotel. It was surprising and unexpected that I had to pay for use of the room safe.

We stayed in room 238 ,it was a room with a pool view and balcony ,the only problem was the balcony was only 2ft wide so not enough space to relax on. Most rooms had good sized balconies apart from ours and 3 adjoining rooms because of restaurant canopy below. Everything else about the hotel was great ,clean and well maintained. We booked half board, the breakfast was really good and the evening meals were also both buffet style. You could eat outside at the restaurant but had to pay €5 for the privilege which we did on 1st night only not really worth it. Staff at hotel were very good, reception, restaurant, bar and cleaners are a credit to the hotel

El servicio es excelente, muy amables y serviciales. El personal de la limpieza es un 10, limpian todos los dias y se aseguran que todo este bien. Vinieron a arreglar una luz que no me di cuenta que no funcionaba porque ellas llamaron. En general el ambiente era estupendo, gente educada con ganas de relajarse y pasarselo bien sin molestar a los demas. La comida una pasada, habia de todo y todos los dias una tematica diferente con algunos platos especiales. Los pasteles riquisimos. Muy bien comunicado, todos los dias paseabamos por el alrededor y la cala que esta cerca estaba muy bien, con todos los servicios, ningun problema de estacionamiento. Un agradecimiento especial a andrea en recepción y sandra de la limpieza. Si vuelvo a menorca me hospedare con ellos. Lo unico mejorable son los espectaculos nocturnos, el unico que vimos no nos gusto y los demas no fuimos capaces de verlos porque no los encontramos (no vimos donde ponian lo que habia cada dia) y el desayuno empieza a las 8, que no pasaria nada si no era porque era agosto en menorca y en algunos sitios tenias que ir temprano o no aparcas, pero no han hecho bocadillos para llevar a la playa el dia que ibamos a esas calas conocidas. Lo dicho, a resaltar servicio y buffet

Vraiment une honte Nous avions réservé bus à notre arrivée à l’aéroport de Mahon personne pour nous accueillir nous avons donc pris un taxi 90 e Vu avec accueil qui nous dit nous rembourser le taxi 90 e et puis malgré mes demandes aucun retour même pas vu le directeur de l’hôtel Vraiment nul De plus nous avions réservé en demi pension et après paiement on nous informe que l’eau est payante ainsi que les autres boissons de plus payer 5e pour dîner le soir en terrasse Bref vraiment une arnaque cette hôtel
