Beautiful Property, We Stayed at Majestic Elegance. From Our time of Check in to our Time of Check out we had an amazing service. Check in could be done a little bit quicker in my opinion. The Japanese Dinner Restauraunt was our Favorite. Delicious and Entertaining. Our Butler Jose was Awesome, answered every question we had. It makes a difference when you upgrade for a few bucks to stay on the Adults only Majestic Elegance Club. Definately would come back!

First time visiting Majestic Elegance and definitely won’t be our last. Front check-in to checkout we had an Amazing time!! The resort is Beautiful and very well kept. Our Butler Greydin was Awesome, very responsive and super helpful. We enjoyed all of the variety of restaurants and food choices and the nightly shows were fun and entertaining. Our favorite bartender Ishmel at the club swim up bar made the trip a lot of fun not to mention he makes incredible drinks!! Already looking forward to booking our next trip:)

Our fantastic butler, Osvaldy G., went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. His warm smile and impeccable attention to detail made each day start beautifully—he booked reservations, checked in with us daily, and attended to every need of my family. Kenia kept our rooms spotless and inviting throughout our visit, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. While I'm not sure if you can request a specific butler, I can confidently say that Osvaldy was a standout, providing exceptional service and thoughtful touches that made us feel truly special. The grounds of the resort are as stunning as ever. The lush landscaping, pristine pools, and well-maintained areas create a tropical paradise. Every corner of the resort is meticulously cared for, reflecting the high standards Majestic Elegance upholds. I’d also like to extend a huge thank you to Marilania, Santa, Maxima, and Anyelina at the bar near the beach, and Rosa, Miriam, Yojameli, and Mario in the restaurants. Their exceptional service and delightful personalities greatly contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. This was not my first stay at Majestic Elegance, and I am confident it won’t be my last.

The Majestic Elegance was a good experience, but there were some downsides that don’t need complete highlighting. The place needs a minor facelift as maintenance crew is constantly working on things. The TV was small and outdated, we couldn’t watch it because it was blurry. Our balcony curtain was broken which I was not pleased about for privacy reasons. Doors need to be replaced and a pest mat should be put under the door we saw a geico crawl into someone’s room which prompted us to put towels under our door. My mom was burned by the habachi grease but they rebooked her for another so she’s satisfied. No one helped us with our bags they put another couple before us so we just carried them ourselves. There was feces in the toilet when we arrived which was gross for a room that was supposed to be clean. Pros: the entertainment was amazing each night, food was okay, but the virgin drinks were amazing. I would have a menu posted as each bar so people know what they can order. I had to learn as the days went on. Staff is beyond friendly, my favorite restaurant was sea and see. Everyone makes you feel accepted and beautiful. I would recommend to families for sure.

It was a wonderful, fun, relaxing stay!! I loved all about it! Excellent customer services specially from Osvaldy my mayordomo! The crew at breakfast; Estefany at the see and sea Restaurant! They all made me feel at home.. Thank you for making my vacation so enjoyable and special.. I definitely will come back 🙏
