The room is comfortable (bigger than I expected). Staff are friendly. Outside of the center downtown, but with easy access to all places (a bus stop is just outside the hotel).

Best Hotel Ever for our Family!

We stayed 5 nights here with our 2 young children and we could not be happier. All the staff knew us and they were always so friendly and gave our children so much attention. Their breakfast buffet is to die for. Best hotel breakfast buffet we’ve ever experienced. They have so many drink options with variety of coffees and teas, juices, smoothies, Japanese drinks, and more. They have dried fruits and nuts, fresh honey straight off a honeycomb, fresh hot pancakes, different syrups and jams, bakery items, etc. I can go on. We stayed in a larger corner room with 2 twins that we could squish together to make a king, which was perfect for us. The bedding was so thick and fluffy. They also provided a crib for our baby. The bathroom had 2 sinks and tons of counter space and shelves. We have been spoiled at this hotel and we miss it so much! We are now in a different hotel in Kyoto that we paid more per night for and it is nowhere near as good. Even with their luxury room, there is no counter space in the bathroom, the bedding is extremely thin, the breakfast is so much worse , and they charge you for every little thing. At this Premier Hotel in Tokyo, we were not charged extra for a crib or breakfasts for our children (5 &1), and our room fridge was restocked daily. World class service and hotel! We will be back for sure!!

I had a great experience during my stay in Tokyo. The rooms were surprisingly large for Japan, very clean, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was a bit pricey at $23 USD per day, especially since the selection didn’t change much, but the food was delicious. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. While there’s no designated taxi pickup area, the hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the nearest train station, and there’s a bus stop right outside. I’d definitely stay here again!

Pleasant stay

Hotel room is clean & comfortable, just that mini bar items has to retrieve from lobby. Front desk is helpful with our request to cancel 1 night stay due to circumstances, it took us quite some time to settle with Expedia. Overall a pleasant stay.
JENNY, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel for family as it’s on the quieter area of Tokyo. 6 min bus ride to Tsukiji Market and 10 mins to Ginza. And 6 mins walk to the closest subway station.

Different place next time.

Didn't want to honour late check out. Soured the entire visit. Place is a bit out of the way from the centre, which has its pros and cons.
Marco, 3-night trip

Great stay!

Definitely will stay here again. Friendly staff, property and room was super clean. Location was quiet, a bit further away from central Tokyo but subway was a 10 minutes walk. I loved that even when you requested no cleaning service needed, the staff still leaves fresh clean towels by the door for you. My only suggestion would be, it needs additional hooks to hang up towels. There was only one within the room.
3-night trip

Location is fantastic and room is very spacious as compared to other similar priced hotels in Tokyo. Breakfast selection was good and it would have been better to have non-dairy option for the milk selection. I would definitely be back for another comfortable stay.

Super fresh hotel

Top notch super fresh and new hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Stayed with our 8 months old baby and got a baby crib in the room. It was a bit tight but nothing compared to other hotels in Tokyo.

Everything is great!! If front desk staff can be little bit more friendly.the over all experience can be better. Don’t feel the welcoming from Front desk staffs. The lobby cleaning lady is friendly! The breakfast cafe staffs are great and amazing.
Yi, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

I booked this hotel because the hotel I usually stay at whenever I go to Japan was fully booked at this time. This is a new hotel, it's very clean and price is affordable. I was born and raised in Tokyo where not far from this hotel. I thought it was not too far to stop by my parents' house, but unlike Toyosu, Harumi is still in the process of development. It is very quiet at night and there are hardly any people on the street, but safe. The view from the room, which was recommended as the best for long-term stays, was just the wall of the office building cross the back street, so I will refrain from booking hotels on Expedia in the future. The senior level employees have a professional manner, but there are a few trainees who are busy chatting at the front desk, and to be honest, I wish they would do it somewhere that customers could not hear. You cannot drive your car in front of the entrance. It gives the impression of a small boutique condominium rather than a hotel. Pros: clean and new. Cons: depends on a room what you are assigned. low-rise no view.
