Marquis Los Cabos
Had a wonderful time staying at Marquis Los Cabos. If you're looking for an all-inclusive experience, this one delivers. The restaurants and food on property were delicious, although you do need to make reservations in advance. Pool service for drinks is pretty attentive, but if you're trying to catch a buzz, I'd order your drink as a double, or get an extra shot on the side. The spa facilities were terrific but kind of a bummer that the only hot tubs on the property were restricted to spa customers only. Incredible view from the pool, beautiful sunsets. And when we went in December, we saw whales every day. Super friendly staff!

Good hotel with some drawbacks
Hotel is very clean, nice staff but since we stayed for 7 nights we understood that the hotel makes more sense for shorter stays. Pools are beautiful but chilly and you need to pay to use the hot tub, which is a turn off if one is spending over 700 dollars per night. Food is OK and the outdoor dinners are somewhat disorganized with not enough tables for all the guests, which puts the staff under stress. You also need to request service for the mini bar every single day. Staff is pleasant, views from the grounds and balcony are beautiful. Hotel is very well-maintained, impeccably clean.

I did not like that I brought 8 invited quests with me for a 5 day stay and the resort did not make extend one concession on my behalf. Not even a bottle of champagne for for wife who birthday was 22 Sept, or Myself on 24th September! Will not be returning as i normally travel with 8 to 10 people and many resorts appreciate that kind of business!

Enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was Excellent at check in/out and in the restaurants, the concierge helpful. At the pool the service was depending of the person at times but overall good and they certainly did ask often if we needed anything. Drinks could have been better at times and they didn’t have everything they put on the list. The room was very nice, not new but with some characters and the view was beautiful. Beds/ pillows very comfortable . Some humidity but to be expected being just by the sea and the wonderful sound of the sea to fall asleep was amazing. Entertainment in the evenings were alright. The food was good. We just did not try the French restaurant but we did enjoy the other options. The WiFi was not good by the pool and that was a problem if you wanted to order food from there or if you had to use your computer. There is a a beach you can swim in, a 15 min walk away but not in front of the hotel. The pools are also nice. The gym was good to work out with different options. There was also some activities offered throughout the day if you wanted. Cleaning was done daily. Room service was great and on time . Overall, we had a great time and a very good experience.

This beautiful property was outstanding! The staff are always friendly and smiling. The property is in amazing shape with stylish furnishings. The pools are warm and so is the food! All the dining options are delicious. We are already making plans to go back! The beaxhes are pristine but not swim safe. There are some swimabke beaxhes within walking distance so no worries there.

The staff was excellent overall - We enjoyed our room, and the room service was awesome! Overall, the food was very good. We even liked the teppanyaki which a lot of reviews didn't suggest. The views are amazing from the pool too! The downside.... EVERTHING we payed extra for. The French restaurant that was $140 per person was horrible. It was the worst meal of the week and in fact we had better steak in our room service meal. The food was not quality, and was not cooked to perfection. Extremely disappointed in that experience. It was something we saved for our last night and we were really excited for it. Big let down *(the wine paring was good) We also did a vip day bed which I wouldn't do again. We had no communication from the hotel and were confused as to which cabana we even had. We showed up just before they opened at 10am and it was 11am before we even got a first drink - everyone around us who weren't in a vip cabana had drinks starting at 10. There was no special server like they advertised - We had the same server as everyone else in that area. Not a big deal, but don't sell a bill of goods that you don't deliver on. The day bed itself was fantastic, but I wouldn't pay $300 for this ever again....
