Mint House at the Reserve

If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay that is not a hotel, this is a great choice. Clean without that harsh chemical smell. Only one bad thing, which is not The Mint's fault, is the construction going on downtown Nashville.

Apartment was very clean and plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. One issue was the only bathroom was located in the main bedroom so everyone had to go through the main bedroom to use the restroom causing lack of privacy for whoever was staying in that room. The tub to take a shower was very deep to step in and out of and shower did not have very good water pressure. No room darkening shades in main bedroom but second bedroom had no windows so super dark in that room.

Everything was absolutely amazing. My group travels a ton and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Convenient, clean and super comfortable!!

Very sterile and bleak, which seems ok during pandemic but would be very off-putting otherwise. No one ever at the desk to help or answer questions. Room was clean, hated the steel sliding doors to the bedroom which were loud as heck and the bed was awfully uncomfortable. It felt elevated in the middle of the mattress and seemed to slope down slightly at both sides. We left a day early because of the Christmas morning bombing. It knocked out our cell service and we had no internet. Pair that with no one at the reception desk and downtown Broadway being closed we had no way to figure out where to go or what to do in Nashville, so we left. Doubtful we will ever return to this place if we do decide to visit Nashville in the future.

We will be back here again next time we're in Nashville. Helpful and easy check-in and check-out process. The location, building, and apartment are great. One small thing was that our shower liner was forming a bit of mildew but they were super quick to change that out for us within an hour of our request. Even with a "negative" experience, they were quick to make it a positive!

Stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday while traveling through Nashville. Mint House was such a unique and welcoming experience. The staff was very helpful when we needed to troubleshoot the Roku TV, and exceeded all expectations for service and promptness during our stay. The location of this hotel is ideal for seeing the city, and the amenities make you feel like you're right at home!
