The room was very lovely with a wonderful view of the castle on the hill. The bed was incredibly comfortable and huge! The staff were really wonderful and very helpful, giving us top tips for restaurants. And the lemon cake at breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again.

This boutique hotel is excellent! The staff communicated a few weeks before arrival right until we landed. It was easy to find (you’ll need research the location and the hotel sign), but still not difficult. The hotel was immaculate! The room was perfect, large bed, extremely comfy, jacuzzi spa, big shower, nice towels, added bonus of netflix on a decent size tv. Everyday, room cleaned and fresh towels. Wifi was brilliant also. Breakfast was ok, lots of fruit and oats, anything cooked eggs, bacon etc you need to pay extra. Location was perfect, in the heart of the city, walking distance to all the sights (except Pompeii but, only a 20 min walk to the station). Lots of places to eat. The hotel felt very safe, in a nice location, you’ll need to look past the graffiti in the streets, this is normal in Napoli. The staff were very helpful and suggested some brilliant recommendations, restaurants, places of interest. Value for money, very reasonable... COVID - As expected, social distancing in place, face masks etc. Cons - Pillows were very hard, cooked food at breakfast was extra. Pros - Excellent location, safe, perfect rooms, very clean, very comfy bed, big rainfall shower, great wifi, breakfast included, tv with Netflix, the staff were extremely polite, well informed and very engaging. Outstanding place to stay, highly recommend.

Great stay

Great hotel and customer service! We were having trouble finding the hotel so we called the front desk. The woman working there was so helpful- she even called us back 20 min later to check on us. My husband loved the jacuzzi in the room!

The decor and size of the room was very nice but our room was right in front of the front desk and didn't feel very private. The area and building that the hotel is in is pretty rundown. It requires carrying luggage up two sets of stairs despite there being an elevator. There was no closet or dresser to put clothes in.

From the moment we came thru the front gate, everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating our every need. The location, in the historic district is fantastic, as you can easily walk to the top museums, churches, shopping streets and the port. The hotel is clean. The breakfasts are top rate. But the people who work there, from Jordana at the front desk to the owner who sat down with us to make sure we were doing things to enjoy the city, it gave us a warm feeling. I wish I knew everyone's name there. The gentlemen who was in the food area was helpful and kind as well. This is not the hotel one would normally expect to go to. It is only a year old and they want to make sure your stay there is a good one. I fully understand why the previous reviews have been this good.

The place looked beautiful on the inside, but unfortunately we decided not to continue our stay after a poor service experience at the front desk. We felt uncomfortable in the area outside the building. The hotel isn’t until the 4th floor. There is an elevator but still had to carry our luggage up and down a couple flights of stairs in addition to the elevator. We were expecting a standard hotel experience and it was far from it. When we arrived at the front desk, the receptionist told us we had only booked for one person. We realized we made a mistake, and were willing to pay the additional fees for the city tax. She SHOCKED us when she told us in addition to the city tax we owed €30/ night for the second person. She was unable to explain the charge. We travel a lot and are not familiar with a hotel that charges per person. We were not prepared to pay over €100 by the end of our stay, and asked if there was anything they could do. She literally responded “the price is the price.” We asked to speak to a manager as we could not find anything in the hotel information or booking confirmation that was sent to us that stated we would owe additional fees. They do not have managers onsite and the receptionist can only make a phone call to her “boss”. She was unpleasant with us throughout the entire interaction, there was no customer service. After we reviewed on trip advisor the manager told us we black mailed and insulted them. This is untrue, and hurt our character. Horrible.

Amazing from the moment we arrived had problem with lost passport Isabell at front desk gave us extraordinary help & advice so that we could get on flight home she was superb knew all steps we had to take police reports airline contacts etc A life saver
