Hotel is large and has many seating spaces in the lobby. The service however, was questionable. We stayed in the hotel for disneyland, so we went back to the hotel late most nights and there was always something missing in the room. So after a long day we had to chase it up with the reception. The room itself was ok, the floors were wooden and quite dirty, so that was unpleasant. When booking the hotel room, free wifi is listed, however it is not free when you get there. You have to have a marriott account and they see how much credit you have on that account and use it. If you not, it's $15 a day. The major issue was the staff. There was a big event one of the nights, when we walked back to the hotel, the entire main entrance was blocked by a group of people, at first we thought it was an evacuation, turns out it was a wedding. The issue was that there was no space for other guest to walk into the hotel and when we asked those people to move politely they ignored us. So we use to side door and even then we were being pushed. The group was also so loud we could hear them back in our room and this was at midnight. There was a lack of management of that function and security. We told the staff at the reception and they responded rudely and did nothing about the issue. There were also other people who weren't comfortable with the situation. Would prefer other hotels in the area next time.
