Will Stay Again.
It was a great central location to the 16th Street Mall. It was also located close to Ball Arena, 10-15 minute Über ride.Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. With valet parking or public pay to park close by. Will definitely book again.

Not the best, but ok for the money and location.
Tub didn't drain, had to turn the water off 3 or 4 times for a 10 minute shower so the tub didn't fill up. Took forever for hot water to flow. And thermostat only goes down to 68. Only parking option through the hotel is $50/night valet, but there are garages close. I'd recommend not bringing a car.

Room was uncomfortable
The hotel looked nice from the outside but the building only had one air unit that controlled every room in the building so essentially you couldn't control your room temperature unless you called the front office and had a engineer come up and manually adjust the temperature for your room. Problem is, the engineer is only there from 8-5 so anything after that is just unfortunate and you have to wait until the next morning to get the air adjusted. Was very uncomfortable. They offer fans and blankets tho.

Really really sucked.
I was there for two days and had to take a cold shower both days. The first night I froze and the second night I roasted. It was the worst stay I ever experienced in a downtown Denver hotel. I should’ve demanded a refund. Really really sucked.
