good place to stay, nice ,clean and quiet
Clean well maintained room.
Very friendly staff, nice room
security was none. shadiest people in and out of hotel parking even at all times.. front desk clerk was nice; spacious room (deluxe family suite) cheap price but old room and doesn’t seem cleaned. we did not feel safe staying here for 3 nights if it weren’t for our dogs we wouldn’t have chosen this location. but we’ll probably find a different place next time we’re in phoenix.
Apparently they do hove not enough staff fir cleaning- this hotel was recently bought by Wyndham and I am very disappointed! First room was not cleaned; was moved to another; food; hair, and dirty floors. I will not stay here again! I am also going to the Wyndham chain f my disappointment!
Nice enough room could be a little cleaner by moving things when vacuuming, no top sheet under my comforter
Check in woman was so darn slow and kinda rude. The room was meh the sheets on the beds were disgusting had yellow stains and dark marks on sheets and pillow cases it smelled like perfume on them I highly doubt the even put fresh sheets. The table in the room has smudges I mean do they not wipe the darn tables and surfaces especially with COVID i was happy I had my own Clorox wipes it was filthy. The carpet was dingy. Once I called for fresh sheets the guy who brought them was nice. Also what’s up with lack of outlets seriously had to charge my phone in the bathroom area. Ewwww also as I was looking for outlets there was a pad (unused) behind the drawers. I suggest whoever manages this place double check that the housekeepers know what they are doing cause they did a s&$/ job in our room. I will never return to this place again I usually have great experiences at La Quinta. Even when checking out no one was available waiting a few minutes till I got fed up and left the key card and just called them from the car to let them know which I called twice. Very unhappy with my stay
I booked this room because my flight was at 6am and I live 2 hours away from the airport. Driving at 2am was not ideal for me. Unfortunately, this room was not a comfortable stay. There was no shampoo or conditioner in my room, no coffee cups to go with the coffee machine, the towels smelled brand new (chemically and not washed yet), and the bed was not comfy and made it hard to get some good rest before my flight. For how much I paid, this room should have been better.
Air conditioning wouldn’t work there were no towels, hand towels, No bath mat, wash clothes, no soap or shampoo/conditioner, no cups to drink water with, one cup available for coffee, when three guests staying in room. Electrical plugin fixtures in wall didn’t work, shower fixtures falling down and exposing hole in wall. Outlet cover up by ceiling was held up with duct tape.
We made a reservation for non smoking room and the hotel gave us smoking room Upon arrival. When we complaint , they issued a refund and it’s been a week refund is not received yet. Still waiting to speak to them and following up on the refund
