This hotel needs a good update. Our room was very dirty. And also the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. Older hotel not in good shape.

Cheap for a reason.
Very old hotel and in need of repair. We had 4 rooms for the family. 1 room the heater didn’t work. Another room had no hot water. They had to move one of the family members to a smoking room. Not good.

Staff were very friendly but the property is not well kept. Bathroom was not cleaned properly (urine stains all down the front of the toilet) ice machine didn’t work and the common areas were dirty as well. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet

We ended up forfeiting our money for our two day stay, because they could not accommodate my non-smoking reservation. My husband had to pay separately for a non-smoking room. And I was refused a refund for the separate two days due to a cancellation policy. Again, we were supposed to stay in town for two days, but due to this inconvenience and horrific customer service experience. We only stayed one day in town and drove back five hours to Chicago.

Good for a nights stay. The room was about 85 degrees when we checked in. Took about 2 hours to cool down. Everything was sticky. There was a bag over the smoke detector? Beds were nice.

It's a room
We were traveling and only briefly stopped to get some sleep. The clerk was attentive when we arrived and the room was adequate for getting a few hours of sleep and a shower. Nothing fancy here, but appropriate for the price point.

We informed the front office and she said I didn’t know about I will take a note for her the house keeper!!! She didn’t offer us a clean room or send someone to clean

The first problem was the room that I had reserved through Expedia which was a non-smoking room was entered into the system according to the hotel by Expedia as smoking. The smoking room that I got was nasty. There was mold under the cushion of the chair and around the bed skirting. There were bed bugs around the seam of my mattress. I showed the manager the picture that I took of the begs bugs and she denied it and would not come to the room to see for herself. She became confrontational and eventually got me a new room saying that she would have to wait to see what the exterminator say the bugs were. She rented the room out to another customer the same night. I decided that I had enough of the poorly managed and kept hotel and checked out 4 days early. The clerk did not know how to close out my hotel stay and I could not get a receipt for my stay. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The ice machine did not work. The iron was nasty, and none of the vending machines worked either. I rate them a negative 10.
