Hotel Chicamocha

For my first time in Bucaramanga and specially at this hotel, everything was outstanding and beyond, thank you so much

Checking in took around 30-40 minutes. I guess the receptionist was a bit lost since the rest of the staff was very helpful afterwards. The room was definitely not 4* . And Saturday night was awful with the music from the street running full volume until 2am, even if we were in the 10th floor. Other than the music the location is fine.

Looked a bit outdated, mini bar didn't get refilled. Products of mini. ar due date. The hotel isn't that bad but the area isn't the best.

Everything good, very good services, nice people, we recommend it

The hotel is convenient for business - the rooms are quite simple and the beds not the most comfortable but the service is great and the restaurant by the pool has options. Will be staying here again as most of the events I attend are there.

Great hotel

This hotel was cool and all, but for the pricing and the hype around it... I expected more. It's your average hotel with regular amenities. In the states, I've stayed at hotels that were cheaper and more luxurious. Not throwing shade, I just feel like it lacked an image. The staff behaved well.

I give this hotel a Very good rating , the breakfast was fantastic , a variety of fresh fruit and juices, not the kind that comes in a can ,, local pastries, scrambled and boiled eggs with nice trimmings , cereal ,different cheeses desserts ,even soup ,and not to forget good coffee and hot chocolate, lets just say bring your appetite , the staff was very pleasant and welcoming , frim the receptionist to the guard at the entrance , the hotel parking was very secure ,the room was good ,nice and clean spacious and ample hot water ,the bathroom was nicely organized separating the toilet and shower from the vanity area ,the room was relatively quiet considering the amount of festivities going on ,the pool was fine ,there was a movie playing on a giant screen every night at the poolside , there was a mini fridge in the room but no coffee maker ,the TV was adequate , but all is in Spanish .the gym was adequate to keep up your exercise routine and there is also a spa, overall me and my family had a very pleasant experience.

This is a great hotel. The neighborhood is not very safe after dark. Staff was very hely
