Not worth the price
The grounds are very beautiful and the water park looked fun. We were unable to use the waterpark since it was January and cold outside. I felt the rooms were outdated and anything purchased through he hotel was EXTREMELY over priced. To have 2 cocktails ordered to our room it was going to be over $60 and that didn't include the tip. My normal $6 latte from Starbucks was over $9 from their Starbucks (and very poorly made-unable to use Starbucks app for rewards/payment). My husband and I were trying the resort out as a possibility to do a staycation with the kids, but do to affordability and dated room, we will not return with our family of 5. We would consider doing a day pass to try the resort though.

Beautiful resort with a lot of amenities! We had one small issue where the hot water went down in our building but they promptly notified us and relocated us to a beautiful room in the golf course. Wonderful service and the waterpark is amazing. The rooms were SILENT!

Great December Holiday Vacation Spot
The entire property was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly kind and very responsive. I especially appreciated their convenient text message service, which made it easy to get quick answers to any questions. Our room was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable place to relax. We had easy access to two pools and enjoyed a very short walk to the Oasis Water Park. The property also offered fantastic hiking trails right on-site, which we loved exploring. I visited the spa and had an incredible massage—definitely a highlight of the trip! Although the basketball court was under repair during our stay, we were still impressed by the beautiful gym facilities and look forward to using them next time. We made so many wonderful memories with our kids and all agreed we would love to return during the Christmas holidays again. The resort was at about 40% capacity, so there were hardly any lines, making it an ideal experience. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

The first room didn’t have hot water, so they immediately changed our room. I wish they deep clean the tub as I can tell it’s old, but overall I’m sure it’s clean the best it can. I’m still waiting for my $200 deposit back.

Our stay was wonderful !!! Starting with the ambience of driving into the resort! The lighting and the beautiful water features and the different building’s design.The service was wonderful. Everyone so friendly and helpful. We did not golf, but our family loved the water park. We will definitely return!

Resting on their laurels
Stayed here with family for an event held on property. Upon check in very late at night, we were treated poorly by the staff at the desk. Beyond that, while the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are old and shabby, needing a major update and not worth the price they charge. None of the nicer conveniences of newer high end hotels. It’s time for a renovation!
