Great 👍 hotel prices could be lowered

I am really disappointed with this hotel. It has a great location and looks very posh from the outside. Inside, everything is a little dated especially the bathroom. The night lights are cool with different intensity, but the comfort of the room is non-existent. The cable tv keeps getting a signal problem, the ac is not working at all. The services are just like robots, everything is scripted with no emotions at all.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the hospitality from their staff was truly great. My dissatisfaction comes from their logistical planning; there was a large youth group staying there, rather then putting them in one area of the hotel they were all spread out and causing a ruckus. Both nights I was there, traveling for work, I was woken up multiple times by kids running up and down the hall. When I made the hotel staff aware of this, nothing more then we’ll send security up was done. Additionally the alarm in the room was left set to 6am by the previous guest and not disabled by the maid like it’s supposed to be, also waking me up. Beautiful hotel but based on this I can’t recommend.

Nice hotel and nice location for our purpose (close to Lucas Oil stadium). It was very pricey, for the price I thought it would be nicer. Internet and breakfast weren’t included in the price. I had to ‘join’ something and then they would take the internet fee of my bill. The rooms were very worn and dated, the bed was ok but not great. There was a hole in the chair seat at the desk. They charged me for valet without even asking if I had a car. Of course I caught it at check out but make sure you look at the bill.

Many of the drapes wouldn’t open or close. But checking in the service was excellent. The restaurant and bar we’re both good.
