Because I booked with hotels.com they would not honor the room I paid for and down graded us to a standard room. There was no coffee pot or microwave in the room and a $25 dollar charge to put a fridge in the room. Not at all friendly to hotel.com customers.

Nice hotel
We recently stayed at the New York-New York Hotel & Casino for one night as a family of 6 and found it to be a good value for the price. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family to comfortably sleep. While it may not be the most luxurious option, it served its purpose as a convenient and affordable place to stay for our overnight visit to Las Vegas.

Could be better
The hotel is not far from LV airport and the room faced it, ergo, you hear every plane. Also, and one only finds out upon check in, this hotel is a cluster of 4 bldgs all sharing 1 massive lift shaft. This means constant noise in the room coming from lifts going up/down. It needs much better soundproofing! Apart from that, the room had no fridge and no bathrobes. Not a must but a nice to have considering it was not the most basic room in the hotel. Overall, it just needs some TLC as it's starting to look very dated. One plus was being allowed a late check out due to unforeseen circumstances. The front desk lady was very gracious.

Our stay at the New York-New York Resort in Las Vegas was nothing short of fantastic! Traveling with my two boys, ages 9 and 10, I was thrilled to find that this hotel offers plenty of family-friendly activities that kept us entertained throughout our visit. The kids absolutely loved the arcade and roller coaster—both highlights of our trip. The roller coaster’s thrilling twists and turns had them asking to ride again and again! The Hershey’s Chocolate World on-site was another big hit, offering a fun and delicious treat. The resort’s lively atmosphere, combined with the charming NYC-themed décor, made the experience even more special. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for families. We also appreciated the convenience of having a variety of dining options right in the hotel. Whether we were grabbing pizza or sitting down for a meal, everything was easily accessible and delicious. The location is ideal, allowing us to explore the Las Vegas Strip with ease while still having a cozy and welcoming place to return to. This was our second visit, and we’re already looking forward to the next. New York-New York has become a go-to for our family vacations!
