Booked hotel mainly because it stated it had parking facilities.
When we checked in, we were told that all parking spots were fully booked and we had to move to a parking spot belonging to the neighbour hote. On hotels.com there were no notice about the need to reserve parking.
Parking on the neighbour spot were 4€ more expensive.
While this is not a large amount, I believe in principles, so I asked if my travel companion and I could have a beer each as compensation. Sure, they said.
Later I came down to claim my beer, but now they both refused that they given that promise.
I ended up having to pay for it.
Again, small amount, but I still think it is decent behaviour that when you give a promise, you stick to it.
Otherwise it was an ok hotel.
