Although located in a nice part of town, the hotel is marginally maintained and there were many guests who made me uncomfortable. Limited parking. Breakfast for all 8 mornings was just marginal, maybe what you would expect at a discount motel. Price was way too high for the quality.

The Best Hotel Staff in the whole country
I stay at this hotel for two weeks every year visiting the branch I oversee in Stockton. I travel an approximate 110 days in a given year and I always feel at home here. Its all because of the verry friendly, attentive, hospitable and professional staff this hotel has. They are by far the best a hotel could have.

This hotel is located a short drive away from the University of the Pacific and is located in a nice, quiet area. The facilities are showing their age somewhat, but that is overshadowed by the aforementioned nice area and the wonderful service.

It was very quiet. Our toilet leaked the first night, but once we reported it that morning, it was fixed immediately. We came in the back way, and the staff was extremely helpful to help us find our way to the front office. Great place.
