Clarion Inn & Suites Northwest

The employees were nice and friendly. I needed a corkscrew, and the front desk employee got one for me. When we needed an extra set of towels, the housekeeper quickly provided one.

Elevator didn't work the first night. No fan in bathroom. No cold water in bathroom, just warm and hot. Breakfast was OK but one day food ran out and another day coffee was cold. Poor lady at the front desk was trying to keep the breakfast filled too.

Though the desk clerk was in training, he was very professional and respectful towards us. A good, comfortable and safe place for these weary travelers to rest for a night.

The room was huge and the king sized bed and the sofa were great. Pool, hot tub and the warm breakfast were highlights of my stay. Thank you!!

The hotel its self was great!! The Bed was amazing!! The jets in their whirl pool or hot tub arent that great which made it so when we got in we turned it back off. Then came the children who the parents had no control over. After leaving the pool all you could hear was running and jumping from the floor above. It didnt matter whether we were in the hall way or our room all you heard was noise. I stepped outside at 10pm and there were children wrestling in the hallway for at least an hour and half. The parents did nothing nor tried to stop it. I understand there being events and people having groups of children but for the price of the room i didnt think it was appropriate for nothing to be said to the parents and children. You have a hotel room there is no need to be wrestling in the hallway. There were at least seven children in the hall with out a single adult staying out there. The adults were just walking by.
