Where do I start whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed. It needs a good clean and the room we got was dirty windows and lumpy beds and floor someone was sick on carpet not cleaned. Thank god for Kevin who changed us to a better room for our 5 day stay, this guy is awesome and if anyone wants a grafter cause I don't think the guy ever left the hotel talk about dedication to job. Kevin is an asset to you give that man a pay rise as he does it all from the desk to house keeping and the owner be a fool to lose him. Thanks Kevin your a star and hope you recover soon.
