Overall it was a pleasant stay. Beds were a little firm to my liking. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very limited due to pandemic. Parking was crowded in front but had plenty in the back of the building. Nice location by the outlet mall. It was worth the price we paid to stay there..

Sheets and pillows smelled musty and tv service was very bad, room was good but I have had better accommodations

The hotel is conveniently located. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub area. The bed was really uncomfortable. There were a lot of broken things around the hotel. The room was a lot smaller than i expected.

The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly. Though there are still Covid restrictions she explain the limitations at the pool and how breakfast would be premade individual sandwiches and fruits, yogurts etc... Got to the room and it looked like the bed was made ( I use that phrase loosely) by a kindergartner who was never taught how to make a bed. Then clearly they were so exhausted from making the bed as you could clearly see they then laid down and rested on the bed for a bit. Tried to watch TV but the only channel that came on was the weather channel. Bed was comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast was NOT available. Wait...what?? That is a feature we used in deciding where to stay as breakfast was included and would not be an additional out of pocket expense. Carpets are filthy and hotel is showing age. With Covid restrictions I expected my room to be extra clean and safe. I was seriously disappointed!!!

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The first room I was checked in to had blood on the sink and several hairs in the shower. There were several other issues with cleanliness. My second room was better, but it was still not super clean.

I Had To Ask For The Extra Bedding For The Pull Out When I Arrived... Later Gave My Daughter A Bath An Noticed I Didnt Have Big Towels So We Had To Use A Wash Cloth.. Went To Desk An Got Towels From Someone Who Just Walked Out An Looked At Me.. Didnt Even Greet Me Or Ask How He Could Help Me.. Other Then That Everything An Everyone Else Was Amazing

The hotel looks great from the outside, but the rooms need some help. The shelf/rack in the closet area was falling off the wall, the overall condition was rough and there was paint splatter on the mirror from an obviously cheap and quick fix of a hole in the ceiling. I feel these are things that could be fixed fairly easy. I mean you could at least scrape the paint drips off the mirror and it literally costs like NOTHING to do that. As far as a place to sleep, it served that purpose but the owner definitely needs to fix the place up and make the minor repairs to show they at least care about the property a little bit.

We walked in and it was clean and smelled so good. Our room was spacious and well appointed. It also had plenty of outlets for electronics. We area family of three on this trip. The pullout sofa sleeper was comfy too. Highly enjoyed our stay here

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The room seemed clean at first. The coffe was was dirty and there was sugar or something on the table. The toliet wouldn't flush in the morning.

Unfortunate it was not so good. The rooms were very very outdated. I had no way to charge are cell phones. The worst part was the noise. Children running up and down the halls and the people above us were having some kind of party.
