Quality Inn & Suites P.E. Trudeau Airport

It was okay have stayed there before but check in is to late.

A really good price for the quality Breakky could of been better

Contrary to what is stated on their website or what they tell you over the phone when you're booking a room, they don't have an airport shuttle or at least, it doesn't run during the day. I landed at 3 pm on a Monday at YUL and called the hotel to ask for the shuttle to come and pick us up (I was travelling with my 8 month old daughter), I was told the shuttle doesn't run in the afternoon, only after 7 pm. They told me to wait or take a cab. The hotel is 1 km away! A very nice lady who worked at the airport helped me and got the hotel manager to come and pick us up. Instead of apologizing, when he arrived, he told me "you're lucky, our shuttle doesn't run during the day". I called and asked them when I booked my room to let them know that I was travelling with an infant and that I would need the shuttle. They said it wouldn't be a problem! That's just terrible customer service!

They are doing their best to deal with the pandemic. They have free parking, which is good. Main problem is that it was impossible to close the drapes over the window, so I had to get dressed in the bathroom with the door closed. The cake of soap provided in the shower was also rather small, although adequate for washing your hands.

The two managers for this location are extremely rude and not aware of their promotions or amenities online. They are condescending and refused to accommodate me and my family until we escalated the situation.

in this time when covid-19 is the headline all over you expect a room to at least be tidy and smell fresh.it wasn't it smelled eerie,the couch was stained,the t.v. remote did not work and when I turned it on manually there was hardly any reception.and when i went to turn the light on by the bed i got an electric shock thats when i decided it's time to leave.

The expedia booking experience was a mess. Expedia never sent me a confirmation of the hotel address . I went to the Airpot Quality Inn that I am familiar with and there was no reservation on file. Iended up paying directly only to find out tht Expedia charged me as well - they booked at another location. When I spoke with the expedia office afterwards , the call was directed to Cairo wher the service center was located - while the attendant was very polite , the supervisor more or less told me I was SOL

I really hate to write this review because the staff are superb, but I got two bedbug bites. I didn't stay at other hotels before they appeared and I am allergic to these. I am also very adept at recognizing these bites.

I didn't like the door having hard time to close and bathroom had some CHEMICAL PRODUCTS that have us dneezez like 20 times each me and my partner
