Everything in our home has just been newly refurbished. We are in the process of moving up to Edinburgh ourselves and have added lots of nice home comforts too! From a large L-shaped sofa as well as a beautiful suede sofa bed and some cool colour changing lights :)
All of the beds are brand new with a beautiful king sized frame in all 3 rooms.
The largest bedroom leads on to the garden (the garden is currently being renovated)..
The 2nd bedroom has a lovely window seat for those that love a pensive read somewhere quiet..
And the smallest bedroom has cute fairly lights to add a bit of atmosphere to the space - all of the rooms have king sized beds!
The separate kitchen area has a toaster, microwave, kettle, oven, cooker and fridge - plus all the small things from pots and pans, to baking trays, to mugs and wine glasses. We have all the bases covered!
You have full access to the whole property including the garden at the back (garden currently being renovated so not in use currently).
There is only 1 small set of stairs to the private entrance. These are not steep steps and the entrance is wide - very easy to access :)
We have a 24/7 team available to answer any queries you have, plus Georgia and I like to make sure everything is ok :)
We are the perfect place for those wanting to be close to the city centre, but also want to stay in a classic Edinburgh home. We live in Newtown and love it here. Really nice community spirit boasting beautiful Edinburgh properties. We are close to everything and have great transport links..
Edinburgh bus station = 10-15 minute walk / 5 minute taxi.
Edinburgh Waverley train station = 10-15 minute walk / 5 minute taxi.
Edinburgh airport = 25 minute taxi / 25 minute bus then 10-15 minute walk / tram to the last stop then 5-10 minute walk.
Edinburgh Castle 15-20 minute walk / 5-10 minute taxi.
Princes street 10 minute walk.
Royal Mile 10-15 minute walk.
There is on street parking directly outside our flat (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm).
Parking is free at the weekend :)
We are a new listing, but my girlfriend and I have professionally managed before. We are both immensely house proud and love to make sure you have a great stay. We also have a 24/7 support team in case there are any issues but 99% of our guests have never had issues. We also love feedback - please let us know what we can do better :)
As a last point, I would encourage all guests to have travel insurance prior to booking. I have only ever had to cancel/accept cancellations due to corona-virus related issues and of course I have given a full refund to all guests who cancelled in line with Airbnb guidelines. I would strongly encourage all guests to travel with insurance just in case anything unforeseen comes up. I have never had any issues, but for the small cost it is really worth it for piece of mind :)
