Good location clean small hotel

This hotel was not good value, advertised air con but when we got to our room it did not work and we were issued a fan - Sorry a portable fan is not air con! We asked for a room change but were told none available so got some money off but I would rather have had what I paid for. Shame because area is excellent with 3 metro lines and plenty of cafes and bars

The air condition doesn't work so they give you a fan. The worst attitudes we have ever experienced. Parisians are not the friendliest people but we expected better from their staff. They are rude they never smile and are not helpful. The hotel is small and cramped and the staff will enter your room without your permission even with the do not disturb sign on the door. It left a terrible impression of Paris for us and we do not want to go to Paris or this hotel ever again.

The room was a bit small. The only thing that disappointed me a bit is the fact there was no fridge in the room. But apart from that the hotel is nice, clean and the location is perfect. Just opposite the tube station to go to town quicker

The room was small, clean, modern design. Had some trouble getting an extra blanket (full booked hotel they said). And one day had a missing towel in a room of two. Great location on a metro station and amazing restaurant in the area.
