Dan Panorama Jerusalem

This hotel has been recently refurbished and is in a great location. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely stay again.

The reception staff was very nice and helpful in every moment.

We have stayed at the Dan Panorama Jerusalem before, but we were disappointed with our three night stay this time. When we checked in the staff were fine. We had booked a superior room, but had received an email from Dan hotels saying we had an executive room, so we thought how lovely we’ve been upgraded. Absolutely no said the receptionist. Ok we went to our room on the 7th floor, no help with our luggage was offered. We had showers and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and under the shower door it was all rusty. We told the reception staff about this, but nothing was ever done about it. One day we called down to reception and asked for more coffee sachets which never arrived. My husband had to go down and asked for them and they sent him to the bar to ask! The room was ok nothing special but was dust and not serviced well. I noticed dust and dirt behind the door in the bathroom and used my own wipes to clean it. Breakfast was fine not as good as I remember Dan hotels breakfasts to be.

Stayed here three times and staff tend to be rude when complaints are made. When I requested to be moved room due to the noise I was initially told that they wouldn't allow this due to house keeping not being on as they couldn't prepare a room (I couldn't believe they didn't have one more room in the hotel ready) and that the current room "wasn't that bad" and I "should be able to sleep no problem". After 2 hours and the hotel staff having to ring their manager, miraculously, a room was ready and i was moved rooms, losing a nights sleep in the process. Breakfast and the lobby is often full with the many tour groups that pass through the hotel which often turns into a rugby scrum for a table. Long queues can form for food and the bill being slammed in front of you before you're finished eating is considered the normal. If you want a peaceful stay I would look somewhere else! Won't be returning.

Well located and comfortable. Great breakfast. Although the decor and furnishings were old, this made the hotel not sterile and welcoming, not to mention evocative. Big groups, but this was no problem.

This hotel is in a GREAT location! Easy to walk to main sights, restaurants, everything . The front desk was especially helpful in assisting me to book reservations with various museums. Their food, cleanliness, and professional service people are all very good. I look forward to staying there again.

WE cam around 1:20 PM to check-in after traveling for 20+ hours and the hotel staff made us wait in the lobby for our room when they were checking in other people.

Conveniently located, good rooms.

The hotel is clean, modern, and walkable from all the tourist areas. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Great location. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Would stay again.
